The Scholars’ High Council shall nurture its community learners to uphold their right to avail academic freedom and holistic education, and shall promote mutual understanding through social, civic, intellectual, recreational, and scientific programs and activities within or outside the campus. The PSHS-ZRC Scholars’ High Council shall have the following objectives:
○ Develop a love of God and country, moral character, personal discipline, academic excellence, leadership, community involvement, unity, and efficiency among its members and the Student Body;
○ Practice honesty, integrity, and transparency at all times in all dealings, activities, and transactions;
○ Serve, protect, and promote the rights and welfare of PSHS-ZRC scholars;
○ Represent the Student Body in the policy development, socialization and enculturation, scholar welfare, and other activities that would enhance the academic and social experience of PSHS-ZRC scholars;
○ Foster the Student Body holistically with self-confidence, critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills essential to gain proficiency in Sciences, Technology, Engineering, Agriculture, and Mathematics, and ultimately become well-rounded individuals;
○ Lead the Student Body towards academic and extra-curricular excellence under the Philippine Science High School System Mission-Vision and Code of Conduct;
○ Uphold the values, principles, and ideals of the Department of Science and Technology; and
○ Ensure the full participation of PSHS-ZRC scholars in all their endeavors.
