𝘈𝘯𝘨 𝙄𝙨𝙡𝙖𝙢 𝘢𝘺 𝘪𝘴𝘢𝘯𝘨 𝘴𝘢𝘭𝘪𝘵𝘢𝘯𝘨 𝘈𝘳𝘢𝘣𝘦 𝘯𝘢 𝘯𝘢𝘨𝘮𝘶𝘭𝘢 𝘴𝘢 𝘴𝘢𝘭𝘪𝘵𝘢𝘯𝘨 𝘶𝘨𝘢𝘵, "𝙎𝙖𝙡𝙖𝙢", 𝘯𝘢 𝘯𝘢𝘯𝘨𝘢𝘯𝘨𝘢𝘩𝘶𝘭𝘶𝘨𝘢𝘯𝘨, "𝙆𝙖𝙥𝙖𝙮𝙖𝙥𝙖𝙖𝙣".

𝗪𝗛𝗬 𝗜𝗦𝗟𝗔𝗠 𝗜𝗦 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗕𝗘𝗦𝗧 𝗥𝗘𝗟𝗜𝗚𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗧𝗢 𝗕𝗘 𝗙𝗢𝗟𝗟𝗢𝗪𝗘𝗗❓

Islam is without doubt the best religion but the media is in the hands of the westerners who are afraid of Islam and the media is continuously broadcasting and printing information against Islam. They either provide misinformation about Islam, misquote Islam or project a point out of proportion, if any.

All religions basically teach followers to do good deeds. Why should a person only follow Islam? Can he not follow any of the religions?

Firstly, ISLAM is the best and ONLY recognised religion before God Almighty as Allah says:

"Indeed, the religion in the sight of Allah is Islam..." (Qur'an 3:19)

"...This day I have perfected for you your religion and completed My favor upon you and have approved for you Islam as religion..." (Qur'an 5:3)

"So whoever Allah wants to guide - He expands his breast to [contain] Islam..." (Qur'an 6:125)

"And whoever desires other than Islam as religion - never will it be accepted from him, and he, in the Hereafter, will be among the losers." (Qur'an 3:85)

The aforementioned Qur'anic verses are a sufficient reason for one to prefer ISLAM for himself because there's no other religion apart from ISLAM that has actually defined it religion in it holy book. But a narrow diseased mind will not find the verses satisfactory to see why ISLAM but let me endeavor to look into some principles and norms of ISLAM for the well-being of the society which NO other religion on earth have provided.

🛑 Major difference between Islam and most other religions

All religions basically exhort mankind to be righteous and eschew evil. But Islam goes beyond that. It guides us towards practical ways of achieving righteousness and eliminating evil from our individual and collective lives. Islam takes into account human nature and the complexities of human society. Islam is guidance from the Creator Himself. Therefore, Islam is also called the Deen_ul-Fitrah (the natural religion of Man).

🛑 Example - Islam commands us to shun robbery and also prescribes method of eli-minating robbery
👉 Islam prescribes method of eliminating robbery. All major religions teach that theft is an evil act. Islam teaches the same. So what is the difference between Islam and the other religions? The difference lies in the fact that Islam, besides teaching that robbing is evil, shows a practical way of creating a social structure in which people will not rob.

👉 Islam prescribes Zakat
Islam prescribes a system of Zakat (obligatory annual charity). Islamic law prescribes that every person who has a saving that exceeds the nisab level i.e. more than 85 grams of gold, should give 2.5% of that saving every lunar year in charity. If every rich person in the world gave Zakat sincerely, poverty will be eradicated from this world. Not a single human being would die of hunger.

👉 Chopping off the hands as punishment for robbery
Islam prescribes chopping off the hands of the convicted robber. The Glorious Qur’an says in Surah Maidah:
“As to the thief, male or female, cut off his or her hands:a punishment by way of example, from Allah, for their crime: and Allah is Exalted in power, full of wisdom.” [ Al-Qur’an 5:38]

The non-Muslim may say, “Chopping off the hands in this 20th century. Islam is a barbaric and ruthless religion!”

👉 Results achieved when Islamic Shariah Implemented.
America is supposed to be one of the most advanced countries in the world. Unfortunately it also has one of the highest rates of crime, theft, and robbery. Suppose the Islamic shariah is implemented in America i.e. every rich person gives Zakat ( 2.5% of his savings in charity above 85 grams of gold every lunar year), and every convicted robber has his or her hands chopped off as a punishment. Will the rate of theft and robbery in America increase, remain same or decrease?

Naturally it will decrease. Moreover the existence of such a stringent law would discourage many a potential robber.
I agree that the amount of theft that takes place in the world today is so tremendous that if you chop off the hands of all the thieves, there will be tens of thousands of people whose hands will be chopped off. The point here is that the moment you implement this law the rate of theft will decline immediately. The potential robber would give it a serious thought before jeopardizing his limbs.

The mere thought of the punishment itself will discourage majority of the robbers. There will barely be a few who would rob. Hence only a few person’s hands would be chopped off but millions would live peacefully without fear of being robbed.
Islamic Shariah is therefore practical, and achieves results.

🛑 Example: Islam prohibits the molestation and r**e of women. It enjoins hijab and prescribes capital punishment for a convicted ra**st.

👉 Islam prescribes method of eliminating molestation and r**e

All the major religions declare the molestation and r**e of women as grave sins. Islam teaches the same. What then is the difference between Islam and the other religions? The difference lies in the fact that Islam does not merely preach respect for women, or abhor molestation and r**e as serious crimes, but also gives clear guidance as to how society can eliminate such crimes.

👉 Hijab for men Islam has a system of hijab. The Glorious Qur’an first mentions hijab for the men and then for the women.

Hijab for the men is mentioned in the following verse:
“Say to the believing men that they should lower their gaze and guard their modesty: that will make for greater purity for them: and Allah is well acquainted with all that they do.” [Al-Qur’an 24:30]

The moment a man looks at a woman and if any brazen or unashamed thought comes to his mind, he should lower his gaze.

👉 Hijab for women

Hijab for women is mentioned in the following verse: “And say to the believing women that they should lower their gaze and guard their modesty; that they should not display their beauty and ornaments except what (must ordinarily) appear thereof; that they should draw their veils over their bosoms and not display their beauty except to their husbands, their fathers, their husbands’ fathers, their sons....” [Al-Qur’an 24:31]

The extent of hijab for a woman is that her complete body should be covered.

The only part that can be seen, are the face and the hands up to the wrists. If they wish to cover, they can even cover these parts of the body.

However some Islamic scholars insist that even the face should be covered.

👉 Hijab prevents molestation
The reason why Allah has prescribed Hijab for the women is given in the Qur’an in the folowing verse of Surah Al-Ahzab: “O Prophet! Tell thy wives and daughters, and the believing women,that they should cast their outer garments over their persons (when abroad): that is most convenient, that they should be known (as such) and not molested. And Allah is Oft-Forgiving, most Merciful.” [Al-Qur’an 33:59]

The Qur’an says that Hijab has been prescribed for the women so that they are recognized as modest women this would prevent them from being molested.

👉 Example of twin sisters
Suppose two sisters who are twins and who are equally beautiful, walk down a street. One of them is wearing the Islamic Hijab i.e. the complete body is covered except for the face and the hands up to the wrists, and the other twin is wearing a mini skirt or shorts.

Around the corner there is a hooligan who is waiting for an opportunity to tease a girl. Who will he tease?

The girl wearing the Islamic Hijab or the girl wearing the mini skirt or shorts?
Dresses that expose more than they conceal, are an indirect temptation to the opposite s*x for teasing, molestation and r**e. The Qur’an rightly says that the hijab prevents women from being molested.

👉 Capital punishment for ra**st
The Islamic shariah prescribes capital punishment for a convicted ra**st. The non-Muslim may be horrified at such a stringent punishment in this age.

Many accuse Islam of being ruthless and barbaric. I have asked a common question to hundreds of non-Muslim men.

Suppose God-forbid, some one r**es your wife, your mother or your sister and you are made the judge. The ra**st is brought in front of you. What punishment would you give him? All of them said, “we would put him to death.” Some went to the extent of saying, “we would torture him to death”, If your wife or your mother is r**ed you want the ra**st to be put to death. But if someone else’s wife or mother is r**ed, capital punishment is a barbaric law. Why the double standards?

👉 U.S.A. has one of the highest rate of R**e
The United States of America is supposed to be one of the most advanced countries of the world. An F.B.I report in the year 1990 says that 102,555 cases of r**e were reported.

It further says that only 16% of the cases of r**es are reported. Thus, in order to know the actual number of r**es that took place in 1990, the reported figure should be multiplied by 6.25. We get a total of 640,968 r**e cases that took place in the year 1990. If the total is divided by 365 the number of days in a year, we get an average of 1,756 r**e incidents everyday.

Later another report said that an average of 1900 cases of r**e are committed in U.S.A every day.

According to National Crime Victimization Survey Bureau of Justice Statistics (U. S. Dept. of Justice) in 1996 alone 307,000 cases of r**e were reported. Only 31% of the actual cases of r**e were reported. Thus, 307,000 X 3.226 = 990,322 r**es took place in 1996.

That is, an average of 2,713 cases of r**e took place everyday in America in 1996. Every 32 seconds one r**e is taking place in America. Maybe American ra**sts got bolder. The FBI report of 1990 continues and says that out of the r**e cases that were reported only 10% of the ra**st were arrested, that is only 1.6% of the actual r**es committed.

Out of those arrested, 50% were let free before the trial. This would mean that only 0.8% of the ra**sts faced a trial. In other words if a person commits 125 r**es the chances that he will get a punishment for r**e is only once. Many would consider this a good gamble. And the report says that of those people who faced trial 50% received sentences of less than a year’s imprisonment though the American law says r**e carries a seven year sentence of imprisonment.

For a ra**st, the judge is lenient to first time offenders. Imagine a person commits 125 r**es and the chances of being convicted is only once, and 50% of the time the judge will grant leniency and give a sentence of less than a year!

👉 Results achieved when Islamic Shariah Implemented

Suppose the Islamic shariah is implemented in America. Whenever a man looks at a woman and if any brazen or unashamed thought comes to his mind, he lowers his gaze.

Every woman wears the Islamic Hijab, that is the complete body is covered except the face and the hands upto the wrists.

After this if any man commits r**e, he gets capital punishment. The question is, will the rate of r**e in America increase, will it remain the same or will it decrease? Naturally it will decrease. Islamic Shariah gets results.

🛑 Islam has Practical Solutions for the Problems of Mankind

Islam is the best way of life because its teachings are not doctrinaire rhetoric but practical solutions for the problems of mankind. Islam achieves results both at the individual and collective levels. Islam is the best way of life because it is a practical, universal religion not confined to any ethnic group or nationality.

KAILANMAN AY HINDI MAAARING PANGHIMASUKAN NG TAO ANG RELIHIYON, DAHIL ITO AY BUKOD-TANGING KARAPATAN LAMANG NG ALLAH NA TAGAPAGLIKHA:

Hindi po maaaring mangyari na magiging mas magaling pa ang tao kaysa sa Lumikha sa kanya, at panghihimasukan niya ang hindi niya karapatan:

Sabihin mo sa kanila, "Gusto ba ninyong pagsabihan ang Allah hinggil sa inyong relihiyon, samantalang Siya ang Ganap na Nakaaalam ng lahat ng mga nasa kalangitan at lahat ng nasa kalupaan. At ang Allah ang Ganap na Nakababatid ng lahat ng bagay." Qur’an, Ika-49 na Kabanata, na ang Talata ay 16

Ito ang katibayan na hindi maaaring panghimasukan ng tao ang relihiyon, kaya wala siyang karapatan na magtayo ng man-made religion. Na kung kaya, lahat ng mga "man-made religion" ay hindi kailanman makapagliligtas. At ang makapagliligtas lamang sa atin ay ang tunay na nagmula sa tunay na Diyos na Lumikha – ANG MAKALANGIT NA BATAS O KAPARAANAN NG PAMUMUHAY, at walang anumang religion na nagmula sa Kanya, kundi bukod-tanging Islam lamang. Sa ibang pananampalataya ay wala tayong makikitang anumang katibayan, na katulad nito.

KAYA IMPIYERNONG-APOY SILANG LAHAT NA MGA NAGTATAG NITO AT SUMANIB SA MGA ITO.

Dahil sa katotohanan, hindi hinayaan ng Allah, na pagkatapos Niya tayong likhain, na wala tayong tatahakin na Tamang Kaparaanan na Pamumuhay, na kung kaya, Nagtalaga Siya ng isang Makalangit na Batas o Kaparaanan ng Pamumuhay para sa atin, dito sa ibabaw ng kalupaan, na angkop sa lahat ng larangan ng pamumuhay ng tao, sa bawat situwasyon, kalagayan, kalakaran, at mentalidad; sa bawat panahon, lugar, at sambayanan ay mayroon nito. At tugmang-tugma ito sa pagkakalikha sa ating lahat bilang tao,

Kaya, hindi pa tayo nililikha ay itinalaga na, ang ating kaparaanan ng pamumuhay dito sa daigdig, isang Makalangit na Batas o Kaparaanan ng Pamumuhay, na tinawag ito, sa wikang Filipino na “Relihiyon.” Na ito ang dinala, na katuruan ng lahat ng mga Propeta at Sugo mula sa Allah, sa kada henerasyon, lugar at sambayanaN; na ito ay bilang kagandahang loob sa atin ng Allah.

“Katiyakan, ang itinalagang Makalangit na Batas o Kaparaanan ng Pamumuhay (isinaling Relihiyon), para sa inyo, O sangkatauhan, na nagmula mismo sa Allah, na siyang dinalang katuruan ng lahat ng mga Propeta at Sugo ay Al-Islam.” Kahulugan ng mga kapaliwanagan ng Dakilang Qur'an, sa madali nitong pagkaunawa, Ika-3 Kabanata, na ang talata ay 19.

Na ang kahulugan ng salitang “AL-ISLAM” ay dalisay at bukod-tanging pagsamba sa Tunay na Diyos na Lumikha; at pagsunod sa Kanyang mga Kautusan; at pag-iwas sa lahat ng mga maling uri ng sinasamba bukod sa Allah.

MAGIGING TALUNAN SA KABILANG-BUHAY ANG SINUMANG WALA SA TUNAY NA RELIHIYON:

Na kung kaya, “At sinuman ang magnais ng ‘Deen’ maliban sa ‘Deen Al-Islâm,’ kailanman ay hindi ito tatanggapin sa kanya at sa Kabilang-Buhay ay kabilang siya sa hanay ng mga talunan.” Salin ng Kahulugan, Qur’ân, Sûrat Ãle `Imrȃn, 3:85

Ang ibig sabihin ng salitang ‘Deen’ ay ang itinalagang makalangit na batas at kaparaanan ng pamumuhay para sa ibabaw ng kalupaan, na isinalin sa wikang Filipino na Relihiyon, at ang ibig sabihin naman ng Al-Islam ay ang pagsamba ng dalisay at bukod-tangi sa tunay na Diyos – Allah – at pagsunod sa Kanyang mga Kautusan at pagwaksi sa lahat ng maling uri ng mga sinasamba bukod sa Allah.

Ibig sabihin, ang sinumang magnais ng ibang Relihiyon maliban sa Relihiyong ‘Islâm,’ na siyang dinalang katuruan ni Jesus at ng lahat ng mga Propeta at Sugo, na nauna kaysa sa kaysa at gayundin, ito rin ang dinalang katuruan ni Proepta Muhammad, ang sinumang magnais ng ibang Relihiyon - batas at kaparaanan ng pamumuhay - maliban sa Relihiyong ‘Islâm,’ kailanman ay hindi ito tatanggapin sa kanya at sa Kabilang-Buhay ay kabilang siya sa hanay ng mga talunan. “At sinuman ang maghangad ng ‘Deen’ maliban sa ‘Al-Islâm’: ang itinalagang makalangit na batas o kaparaanan ng pamumuhay bilang Relihiyon, ang sinumang magnais ng iba, kailanman ay hindi ito tatanggapin sa kanya at sa Kabilang-Buhay ay kabilang siya sa mga talunan, na sila ay walang mapapakinabangan na anuman sa kanilang mga sarili.”

Kaya nga, LABIS-LABIS NA SISISIHIN NG TAO ANG KANYANG SARILI, kapag nasa Impiyernong-Apoy na siya, kung bakit hindi niya ginamit ang kanyang katalinuhan, at hindi niya kinilala ang Lumikha sa kanya, at hindi niya isinuko nang tuwiran ang kanyang sarili, na naging sanhi ng kanyang pagtanggi:

“At kanilang sasabihin bilang pag-amin: ‘Kung nakinig lamang kami bilang pakikinig na naghahanap ng katotohanan, o di kaya ay pinag-isipan namin ang anumang paghikayat na ginawa sa amin, na ginamit namin ang aming katalinuhan, ay hindi kami magiging kabilang sa mga tao ng Naglalagablab na Impiyerno. Kaya ganoon nila inamin ang kanilang pagtanggi at di-paniniwala na siyang naging sanhi ng pagkabulid nila sa kaparusahan sa Impiyernong-Apoy. Samakatuwid, lumayo sa mga maninirahan sa naglalagablab na Impiyernong-Apoy.’”

Ang salin ng kahulugan ng mga kapaliwanagan ng Dakilang Qur`an, ika-67 kabanata, na ang mga talata, 10-11.

Yes, SISISIHIN nila ang kanilang mga pinuno at mga dakila mula sa kanila, dahil sa pagkakaligaw na ginawa sa kanila ng mga ito, masyado silang napaniwala nang labis, na hindi muna nila ito inalam nang maigi, bago sila naniwala sa mga sinasabi ng mga ito; kapag nasa kabilang buhay na sila at haharapin na nila ang matinding kaparusahan, kaya bilang kagandahang-loob ng Allah sa kanila, inilantad Niya ang tunay na mga pagkatao ng kanilang mga sinusunod, batay sa salin:

At sasabihin ng mga walang pananampalataya sa Araw ng Muling Pagkabuhay: “O Allah na aming Diyos na Tagapaglikha! Katiyakan, sinunod namin ang aming mga pinuno sa pagkaligaw at ang mga nakatataas (o kinikilala) mula sa amin sa pagsamba ng iba, na kung kaya, inilihis nila kami mula sa Daan ng Gabay at Paniniwala. O Allah na aming Diyos na Tagapaglikha! Parusahan Mo sila nang doble sa parusa na ipinaparusa Mo sa amin, at isumpa Mo sila nang matinding pagkakasumpa.” Salin ng kahulugan, Qur’ȃn, Sȗrat Al-Ahzȃb, Ika-33 na Kabanata, Mga Talata 67-68

MOSES, JESUS AND MUHAMMAD (PEACE BE UPON THEM ALL), THREE MESSENGERS WITH ONE MESSAGE

A common feature of all major religions is the belief in a Universal God or Supreme Divine Authority that is Omnipotent and Omniscient. Followers of all major religions believe that the God they worship is the same God for them as well as for others.

✅ MOSES (JUDAISM):
the followers are known as Jews and they believe in the prophetic mission of Prophet Moses (pbuh). Moses taught purely monotheism that there's only one God.

The following verse from Deuteronomy contains an exhortation from Moses (pbuh)

“Shama Israelu Adonai Ila Hayno Adna Ikhad”
It is a Hebrew quotation which means

“Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God is one Lord” Deut 6:4

Consider the following verses from the Book of Isaiah:

“I, even I, am the Lord; and beside me there is no saviour.” Isaiah 43:11

“I am lord, and there is none else There is no God besides me.” Isaiah 45 : 5

“I am God, and there is none else; I am God, and there is none like me.” Isaiah 46:9

Judaism condemns idol worship in the following verses :

“Thou shalt have no other gods before me.Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of anything that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth.Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor see them; for I the Lord thy God am a jealous God…” Exodus 20:3-5

A similar message is repeated in the book of Deutoronomy :

“Thou shalt have none other gods before me.Thou shalt not make thee any graven image, or any likeness of anything that is inheaven above, or that in the earth beneath, or that is in the water beneath the earth. Thou shalt not bow down thyself unto them, nor serve them; for I the Lord thy God am a jealous God…” Deut 5:7-9

✅JESUS CHRIST (CHRISTIANITY)

Jesus (pbuh) never claimed divinity for himself. He clearly announced the nature of his mission. Jesus (pbuh) was sent by God to confirm the previous Judaic law. This is clearly evident in the following statements attributed to Jesus (pbuh) in the Gospel of Mathew:

“Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the Prophets; I am not come to destroy, but to fulfill. For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled.

“Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the Kingdom of heaven; but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the Kingdom of Heaven." Mathew 5: 17-20

The Bible mentions the prophetic nature of Jesus' mission in the following verses:

“… and the word which ye hear is not mine, but the Father’s which has sent me. John 14:24

“And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou has sent.” John 17:3

Jesus refuted even a remote suggestion of his divinity. Consider the following incident mentioned in the Bible:

“And, behold, one came and said unto him, “Good master, what good thing shall I do, that I may have eternal life?”

And he said unto him, “Why callest thou me good? There is none good but one, that is, God; but if thou wilt enter into life, keep the commandments.”

The above statements from the Bible refute the Christian dogma of divinity of Jesus and of salvation through the sacrifice of Jesus (pubh). Jesus (pbuh) exhorts keeping the commandments as the means to achieve salvation. Mathew 5: 17-20

Jesus (pbuh) of Nazareth — a man approved of God as the Bible supports the Islamic belief that Jesus (pbuh) was a prophet of God.

“Ye men of Israel, hear these words: Jesus of Nazareth, A man approved of God among you by miracles and wonders and signs, which God did by him in the midst of you, as ye yourselves also know.”

The Bible does not support the Christian belief in trinity at all. One of the scribes once asked Jesus (pbuh) as to which was the first commandment of all, to which Jesus (pbuh) merely repeated what Moses (pbuh) had said, namely:
“Shama Israelu Adonai Ila Hayno Adna Ikhat”.
This is a Hebrew quotation, which means: “Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God is one Lord.” (Mark 12:29)

✅ MUHAMMAD P.B.U.H (ISLAM)

The most concise definition of God in Islam is given in four verses of Surah Ikhlas which is Chapter 112 of the Holy Qur'an:

“Say: He is Allah, The one and Only.
“Allah, the Eternal, Absolute.
“He begets not, nor is He begotten.
“And there is none like unto Him.” Qur´an 112:1-4

The word Assamad' is difficult to translate. It means absolute existence', which can be attributed only to Allah, all other existence being temporal or conditional. It also means that Allah is not dependent on any person or thing but all persons and things are dependent on Him.

Surah IkhIas - the touchstone of theology: Surah Ikhlas (Chapter 112) of the Qur'an, is the touchstone of theology. Theo' in Greek means God and logy means study.

Thus Theology means study of God and to Muslims this four lines definition of Almighty God serves as the touchstone of the study of God. Any candidate to divinity must be subject to this acid test'. Since the attributes of Allah given in this chapter are unique, false gods and pretenders to divinity can be easily dismissed using these verses.

All major religions that believe in the existence of God ultimately, on a higher level, believe in one supreme God. All religious scriptures actually speak about monotheism i.e. belief in only one true God.

Moses, Jesus, and muhammad (peace be upon them all) were three different messengers sent at different time but their message was one that's THERE IS ONLY ONE GOD, WORSHIP HIM ALONE WITHOUT ASSOCIATING PARTNER WITH HIM.

By the passage of time most of the religious scriptures have been distorted and changed EXCEPT THE QUR'AN by people for their own benefits. The creed of many religions has thus been distorted from monotheism to pantheism or polytheism. God Almighty in His last and final revelation, the Qur'an says warns the people of the previous scriptures:

“Then woe to those who write The Book with their own hands, And then say: “This is from Allah,” To traffic with it For a miserable price! Woe to them for what their hands Do write, and for the gain They make thereby.”
