The DCNHS Linguistic Circle, in partnership with the DCNHS Shutterbug Society, proudly presents the 𝑴𝙚𝒅𝙞𝒂 𝑨𝙧𝒕𝙨 𝙁𝒆𝙨𝒕𝙞𝒗𝙖𝒍 2026: 𝑪𝙤𝒔𝙥𝒍𝙖𝒚 𝑨𝙙𝒗𝙤𝒄𝙖𝒕𝙚 𝘾𝒐𝙣𝒕𝙚𝒔𝙩𝒂𝙣𝒕𝙨.

Our contestants bring advocacies to life through creative cosplay inspired by anime, movies, Disney films and literary novels, highlighting the power of media arts as a form of expression and awareness.

Due to the Orange Rainfall Warning issued for the city, the Dipolog City Government has announced a suspension of classes in all levels (public and private) on November 25, 2025. 🌧️⚠️

Continuous rains are expected, so make sure to stay dry, stay indoors when possible, and avoid unnecessary travel. Keep your phones charged and stay updated for further announcements. 📲☔

Gina-awhag nako ang tanan nga magpabilin sa balay, mag-amping, ug mag-monitor sa mga update gikan sa City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (CDRRMO).
