📰 𝗜𝗡𝗧𝗥𝗔𝗠𝗨𝗥𝗔𝗟𝗦 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 KICKS OFF AT BARONG ES; 𝗡𝗘𝗪 𝗠𝗜𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗥 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗠𝗜𝗦𝗦 𝗖𝗥𝗢𝗪𝗡𝗘𝗗

BARONG, DINGRAS — The school grounds of Barong Elementary School turned lively on August 15 as the school officially opened its Intramurals 2026, bringing together the Blue and Red Teams for this year’s games.
The opening program featured the much-anticipated Cheers and Yells, where both teams showed their support and team spirit before the sporting events got underway.

Also taking center stage were the candidates for Little Mister and Miss Intramurals 2026 – Primary Level and Mister and Miss Intramurals 2026 – Intermediate Level.

WHEN TECHNOLOGY KNOCKS, LEARNING OPENS THE DOOR 💻

BARONG ELEMENTARY SCHOOL welcomes a meaningful addition to its learning resources as TTec Foundation generously donates 15 units of desktop computers to the school.

But this story does not end with the donation.

It took initiative, coordination, and the generosity of many individuals to bring these computers from the foundation to their new home—Barong Elementary School.

Special recognition goes to PTA President Mr. Jayson Basilio, whose initiative and efforts helped pave the way for the donation and coordinate the arrangements needed for its transportation.

Adding another layer of generosity, contributions were collectively gathered to help shoulder the fare and transportation expenses of bringing the donated computers safely from the foundation to our school.

Every contribution, whether big or small, became part of the journey.

One donation.
Many helping hands.
One shared destination: our learners.

𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗘𝗦 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀 𝗘𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝗦𝗣𝗧𝗔 𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴

In line with its commitment to participatory school governance, Barong Elementary School convened an Emergency SPTA Meeting on August 3, 2026, at the school's Multi-Purpose Hall.

The meeting served as a venue for discussing significant matters related to the SPTA's programs, activities, and plans for School Year 2026–2027. Through meaningful dialogue and collaboration, the school and parents reaffirmed their shared commitment to providing a safe, supportive, and learner-centered educational environment.

Barong ES thanks all SPTA officers and members for their unwavering support and active participation in advancing the school's goals.

A complete sweep. A beautiful surprise for Barong ES!

What began as a celebration for two has become an even more meaningful moment of pride for our school community.

We are delighted to share that Ma'am 𝙇𝙊𝙄𝘿𝘼 𝙈. 𝙋𝘼𝙂𝘼𝙏𝙋𝘼𝙏𝘼𝙉, Teacher III and Officer-in-Charge, has also successfully passed the National Assessments for School Heads (NASH) Batch 2!

Her success completes a remarkable 3 out of 3 NASH passers from Barong Elementary School, a testament to the dedication, commitment, and leadership potential of our educators.

Ma’am Loida, your achievement is a wonderful surprise and a source of joy for the entire Barong ES family. May this milestone lead to more opportunities to serve, inspire, and guide others with purpose.

Not every victory is announced with a loud sound. Some are written in quiet preparation, long hours of study, and the courage to be ready when leadership calls.

Today, Barong Elementary School proudly honors two educators whose names now carry a new chapter of service and possibility:
