September 23, 2026 | Work Immersion Program (WIP) Deployment

D’ Planners Training Center Inc. welcomed a new batch of 11 agriculture students from Jose C. Payumo Jr. for their Work Immersion Program (WIP). The group consists of 6 female and 5 male students who will undergo a 320-hour work immersion at D’ Planners Training Center in Dinalupihan, Bataan. The students were accompanied by their teachers, Ma’am Babylyn Mallari, Ma’am Rowena Dabu, and Sir Francisco De Guzman, with the coordination of Ma’am Mary Joyce M. Aguilus, WIP Coordinator.

The activity began with an orientation led by Mr. April M. Domo, Immersion Coordinator and Industry Partner (IP). He introduced D’ Planners Training Center and provided the students with an overview of its role as a training center, organization, and educational institution. The orientation also covered the center’s house rules, workplace policies, proper conduct, and expectations during the students’ immersion period.

Following the orientation, Mrs. Angelita S. Fernando, D’ Planners School Administrator, formally welcomed the students to the training center. An individual introduction activity was then conducted, giving each student the opportunity to introduce themselves and share their reasons for choosing agriculture. The activity encouraged interaction between the students and the training center personnel while creating a friendly and positive atmosphere for learning.

As part of their first hands-on activity, the students spent their afternoon cleaning the designated area and preparing the materials needed for the construction of raised beds for high-value crop production. This initial activity provided them with an opportunity to experience actual farm preparation and workplace responsibilities while working together as a team.

Through the Work Immersion Program, D’ Planners Training Center Inc. aims to provide students with meaningful hands-on experiences and actual workplace exposure. The program is designed to strengthen their technical skills, knowledge, work values, discipline, teamwork, and sense of responsibility while allowing them to apply what they have learned in school to real agricultural activities.

September 21, 2026 | Deployment of Interns for the Work Immersion Program (WIP)

D’ Planners Training Center Inc. officially welcomed a new batch of agriculture students from Pagalanggang National High School for their Work Immersion Program (WIP). The group is composed of 20 students—9 females and 11 males— who will complete their 320-hour work immersion at D’ Planners Training Center in Dinalupihan, Bataan. The students were accompanied by Mrs. Lei Ann T. Punla, WIP Coordinator.

As the Industry Partner (IP), Mr. April M. Domo, Immersion Coordinator, conducted an orientation introducing D’ Planners Training Center as a training center, organization, and educational institution. The orientation also discussed the center’s house rules, workplace guidelines, and expectations for the students throughout their immersion. The activity provided the students with an overview of D’ Planners’ role in agricultural training and workplace learning.

This was followed by an official welcome from D’ Planners School Administrator, Mrs. Angelita S. Fernando, who warmly welcomed the 20 students to the training center. An individual introduction was then conducted, during which each student shared their name and their reasons for pursuing agriculture. This activity allowed the students and training center personnel to become more familiar with one another and helped establish a positive learning environment.

D’ Planners Training Center Inc. remains committed to providing a supportive, disciplined, and hands-on learning environment that will develop the students’ skills, knowledge, work values, and sense of responsibility. Through actual field exposure and guided workplace experiences, the center aims to help prepare the students for future opportunities in the agricultural sector.

September 15, 2026 │ Training Induction Program

D’ Planners Training Center Inc. successfully held the Training Induction Program (TIP) for our scholars under the following qualifications:

• Agricultural Crops Production NC I
• Grains Production NC II
• Agroentrepreneurship NC II

The TIP was conducted virtually by TESDA Bataan, providing our scholars with essential information, guidance, and reminders as they begin their training journey.

We are grateful to Hon. Atty. Tony Roman for making this scholarship opportunity possible and for his continued support for aspiring learners pursuing opportunities in agriculture.

We also sincerely appreciate the staff of Hon. Atty. Tony Roman for their visit and support during this important activity. We extend our special thanks to Ms. Kate Saliva, Office Manager, who delivered a message to our scholars, and Ms. Julie Ann Ramirez, Scholarship Focal, along with the rest of the team, for being with us and supporting this activity.
