Please be Reminded:
SPARTA's Objectives
1. To have a more accessible contact anywhere and anytime with:
1.1 the students;
1.2 the parents;
1.3 the faculty and staff; and
1.4 other members of the community.
2. To provide specific and immediate actions to issues and concerns.
3. To give direct answers to queries and requests.
4. To provide a system of uniformity in disseminating information and instructions from the school head.
5. To show transparency to the public as regards to the school’s projects and accomplishments.
6. To recognize the faculty and staff and the students’ achievements.
7. To extend technical assistance virtually to those who are connected with the school and who seek for support.
ACTIVITES AND CONTENTS
To take advantage of the rapid growth of technology and the popularity of social media which can both reach a wide audience, the project SPARTA’s page, aside from answering personal messages and queries, will also include the following activities and contents:
BE IN-THE-KNOW! (Share a News) – Post the school calendar and the current news and updates about the school in order for the target audience to be well-informed and aware.
! (Positive Stories and Accomplishments/Achievements) – Use the media (photos or videos) to celebrate the school and the students’ milestones. In this way, they will know that the school head extends her full support and appreciates all their positive deeds and triumphs.
STORY HIGHLIGHT! (Faculty and Staff’s Dedication and Hard Work) – Highlight the teachers and other staff’s efforts and their professional growth and accomplishments.
Q & A TIME! (Question and Answer) – Create a written or a video Q&As with the students, parents, teachers, or other members of the community. Make sure to answer relevant questions only.
SCHOOL-COMMUNITY LINKAGES! – Share photos and updates on how the school supports the community and vice versa.
BTS! (Behind the Scenes) – Show the parents, students, and the community some ideas about what happen behind the curtain of every school’s activity, especially during the new normal in education. Pictures or short videos of the teachers and staff during the preparation, distribution and retrieval of the Self-Learning Modules or the production of video lessons may be included here.
SURVEYS/POLLS – Involve the students and the parents in the decision making about some school’s activities. Ask for their suggestions and ideas by asking simple questions to get them engaged.
