July 11, 2026 marks the first day of Instructional Supervision (I.S.) conducted by the Adopting Supervisors across different municipalities/districts of SDO-Maguindanao del Norte. This initiative was carried out in response to the directive of Dr. IBRAHIM A. EMBING, OIC-Schools Division Superintendent to intensify instructional supervision and ensure that our schools receive timely, relevant, and responsive support.

Through the leadership and guidance of Dr. IBRAHIM A. EMBING, OIC-SDS, all Adopting Supervisors were able to reach the different municipalities and districts of SDO-MDN to conduct on-site Monitoring. He facilitated the mobility and made it possible for Adopting Supervisors to personally visit schools and provide the necessary technical assistance and support. This initiative reflects a strong commitment to bring supervision closer to the field and ensure that no school or learner is left behind.

More than a monitoring activity, this Instructional Supervision is an opportunity to listen, support, guide, and collaborate with our school leaders and teachers. It allows us to identify gaps, recognize good practices, and provide timely technical assistance that can contribute to improved teaching practices and better learning outcomes.

With the collective efforts of Adopting Supervisors, school heads, and teachers, we remain committed to bring quality instructional support closer to the schools and learners we serve. Through strong leadership, purposeful supervision, and collaborative action, we continue to work toward one goal: BETTER LEARNING OUTCOMES AND A BRIGHTER FUTURE FOR EVERY BANGSAMORO LEARNER.
