1st ALUMNI MEETING for the 2nd Grand Alumni Homecoming

Date: August 5, 2017 (Saturday)
Time started: 2:40 PM
Attendance:
- Batch 2003 (Mary Rose Hamlag-Tiggangay and Jovelyn Fortuna-Balay)
- Batch 2004 (Teodie Lague)
- Batch 2008 (Eugene Lague, Pasco, Lynbrad Balaba)
- Batch 2010 (Apple Jean Yecyec)
- DNHS Faculty & Staff (Dr. Marychel L. Garcia & Mrs. Cherry Anne B. Dahiroc)
AGENDA:
1. Date of the Alumni Homecoming 2018
- It was agreed that the dates for the 2nd Grand Alumni Homecoming will be on May 4, 5 and 6, 2018.
2. Suggested Activities
- 1st day – Opening
• Registration
- There will be a pre-registration.
- Batches 2003 to 2010 will have a registration of P200.00 per alumnus.
- Batches 2011 to 2015 will have a registration of P100.00 per alumnus.
• Mass
• Motorcade
• Opening Program
- 2nd day – “Tapok-tapok” by Batch
- 3rd day – Outreach Program (ex: Clean-Up) and Awarding Ceremony (ex: Most lively batch, most numbered batch)
3. List of Officers
- The body recalled the officers of the alumni since nobody was able to keep a copy of the list during the election last 2015.
4. Theme and Logo for the T-shirt for the Alumni Homecoming
- Batches have the freedom to choose their own design with batch number for their batch T-shirt, but the theme will be uniform.
5. Batch Annual Dues
- It was recalled that during the 1st Grand Alumni Homecoming, there was an agreement that there will be a minimum of P 1,000.00 per batch as annual dues. The said amount will be collected on the next schedule of the alumni homecoming. Since it is already 3 years after the 1st Alumni Homecoming, each batch will contribute P3,000.00 (minimum) for the annual dues.
- The annual dues will serve as the source of funds for the Alumni project for the school.
- The suggested project of the Alumni is the waiting shed outside the gate of the school.
6. Schedule for the Next Meeting
- It was agreed that the next meeting will be on August 19, 2017 (Saturday), 1:00 PM at Dimiao National High School.
