There are moments in every school year that remind us that teaching is not only about lessons inside the classroomโit is about touching lives, building relationships, and leaving footprints that time can never erase.
Today, the Dimiao Central Elementary School family celebrated a bittersweet milestone as we bid a heartfelt farewell to Mrs. Grace Tagasling and warmly welcomed Mrs. Ma. Dina Gumanoy into our growing family.
For 19 remarkable years, Mrs. Grace Tagasling has been more than just a teacher. She has been a mentor, a leader, a colleague, and a second mother to countless learners. Through her dedicated service as a Classroom Teacher, SELG Adviser, School Paper Adviser, English Coordinator, BSP Collector and in many other school undertakings, she has faithfully shared her time, talents, and heart in shaping young minds and helping DCES become what it is today.
Her legacy is not measured by the years she served, but by the lives she inspired, the confidence she nurtured, and the countless memories she leaves behind. While we will surely miss her cheerful presence and unwavering dedication, we are grateful that her story will forever remain a part of the history of DCES.
As one beloved educator embarks on a new journey, another dream comes true.
The DCES family proudly welcomes Mrs. Ma. Dina Gumanoy, who has faithfully served Cabagakian Elementary School for the past 10 years. After years of dedication and perseverance, she finally realizes her dream of becoming part of the Dimiao Central Elementary School family.
We are excited to witness the knowledge, passion, and commitment that she brings to our learners and school community. We believe that her experience and love for teaching will further strengthen our shared mission of providing quality education and nurturing every childโs potential.
During the program, School Head Mrs. Veronica G. Japson expressed her heartfelt appreciation to Mrs. Tagasling for nearly two decades of selfless service and welcomed Mrs. Gumanoy with open arms, encouraging everyone to continue working together with unity, compassion, and excellence for the benefit of every learner.
To Mrs. Grace Tagasling, thank you for every lesson taught, every child encouraged, every paper checked, every smile shared, and every sacrifice made. Your influence will continue to live on in the hearts of your pupils, colleagues, and the entire DCES family. Congratulations on your new assignment as a School-in-charge of Bauhugan Elementary School.
