The University of the Philippines Diliman School of Labor and Industrial Relations is pleased to announce the release of the 2025 issue (Vol. 42) of the Philippine Journal of Labor and Industrial Relations (PJLIR).
This volume, edited by Ronahlee A. Asuncion, PhD, RGC, features scholarly articles examining contemporary labor and employment issues, including minimum wage determination, labor migration, occupational safety and health, contractualization, employee well-being, platform work, and LGBTQIA+ experiences in the workplace.

UP SOLAIR-CIPC proudly celebrates the successful completion of the 24th Certificate Course in Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management (IRHR 24).
Over twelve Saturdays, 57 professionals from the private and public sectors deepened their knowledge of labor laws, industrial relations, and HR development and management through lectures, workshops, and capstone presentations.
As we congratulate the successful finishers, we also honor the lasting legacy of Dr. Virgel C. Binghay and thank everyone who contributed to the success of IRHR 24.
