The seminar featured 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟. 𝐑𝐚𝐣𝐞𝐞𝐯 𝐒𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐦𝐚, Professor of Information Systems and Business Analytics at Deakin Business School, Deakin University, Australia, a distinguished scholar whose work has been published in leading journals, including MIS Quarterly and Information Systems Research.

The event was further enriched by the presence of esteemed university leaders and members of the academic community, including 𝑫𝒆𝒂𝒏 𝑱𝒐𝒂𝒏𝒏𝒆 𝑹. Their attendance underscored the shared commitment of UP’s academic units to strengthening research excellence and fostering a vibrant culture of scholarship.

The seminar also welcomed faculty members, researchers, and graduate students who joined both onsite and online from various universities and colleges creating a meaningful exchange of ideas and experiences on academic publishing and research excellence.
Participants gained valuable insights on developing strong theoretical contributions, understanding the expectations of top journal editors, and navigating the path toward publication in high-impact international journals.
