Today, the Holy Cross Academy, Inc. community prayerfully commemorates the 278th Death Anniversary of Venerable Mother Ignacia del Espíritu Santo, Foundress of the Religious of the Virgin Mary.

Her life of deep faith, humility, courage, and selfless service continues to inspire generations of Ignacian Marians. After 278 years, her legacy lives on in every heart that chooses to serve God and others with compassion, generosity, and unwavering trust in Divine Providence.

As one HCAI community, may we continue to walk in her footsteps—living our faith with courage, serving with humility, and allowing our lives to become instruments of God’s love.

Noong Setyembre 4, 2026, buong siglang nagkaisa ang Holy Cross Academy, Inc. (HCAI) community sa makulay at makabuluhang pagdiriwang ng Nutri-Wika 2026—isang selebrasyong nagbuklod sa pagpapahalaga sa Wikang Filipino at kulturang Pilipino, pagsusulong ng wastong nutrisyon at malusog na pamumuhay, pangangalaga sa kalikasan, at responsable at mapanuring paggamit ng Artificial Intelligence (AI) bilang makabagong kasangkapan sa pagkatuto at pananaliksik.

Hinahamon ang bawat Marians na gamitin ang wika at makabagong teknolohiya hindi lamang bilang daluyan ng impormasyon, kundi bilang mga kasangkapan sa pagsusuri, pananaliksik, at pagkilos para sa kapakanan ng sarili, kapwa, pamayanan, at kalikasan.

Bilang mga Ignacian Marian learners, patuloy nating isabuhay ang pagiging competent, responsible, and compassionate—matalino sa paggamit ng impormasyon, responsable sa paggamit ng teknolohiya, may malasakit sa kalusugan ng kapwa, at may pananagutan sa pangangalaga sa ating nag-iisang tahanan. 🌏💚

Sa HCAI, ang pagdiriwang ng Nutri-Wika ay higit pa sa isang selebrasyon—ito ay paanyaya na gawing makabuluhang pagkilos ang ating wika, kaalaman, kultura, at teknolohiya tungo sa mas malusog at mas likas-kayang kinabukasan.

𝐇𝐂𝐀𝐈 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐆𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐅𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝐅𝐫𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐌𝐚𝐬𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐆𝐲𝐦𝐧𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐮𝐦 𝐁𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠💙🙏🏻

The Holy Cross Academy, Inc. community came together in prayer and thanksgiving during the First Friday Mass for the month of August, held on August 8, 2026, at the HCAI Gymnasium. The celebration also marked the reopening and blessing of the newly renovated gymnasium, signifying a renewed space for learning, formation, and community gatherings.

The Eucharistic Celebration and blessing were presided over by Rev. Fr. John Flor Mangrobang, who led the HCAI family in offering prayers for God's continued guidance and blessings upon the school and everyone who will make use of the facility.

As one community of faith, HCAI continues to foster an environment where spiritual growth, unity, and excellence go hand in hand, embracing every new beginning with gratitude and hope.

𝐇𝐂𝐀𝐈 𝐇𝐨𝐥𝐝𝐬 𝐈𝐠𝐧𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐅𝐚𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐟𝐟 💙

Holy Cross Academy, Inc. (HCAI) conducted an Ignacian Formation Program on August 1, 2026, at the HCAI Audio-Visual Room (AVR), gathering faculty and staff for a meaningful session of faith formation and reflection rooted in the Ignacian Marian tradition.

The seminar was facilitated by S. Ma. Leah Anastacio, RVM, who guided participants in deepening their understanding of Ignacian spirituality, strengthening their commitment to the school's mission, and inspiring them to live out the core values of faith, service, compassion, and excellence in their daily vocation as educators and members of the HCAI community.

The formation program reaffirmed HCAI's commitment to nurturing not only academic excellence but also the spiritual growth and holistic development of its educators, empowering them to become faithful witnesses of Christ and instruments of transformative Ignacian Marian education.

𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐞 𝟏𝟐 𝐎𝐮𝐫 𝐋𝐚𝐝𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲 | 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐈𝐧𝐯𝐨𝐥𝐯𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 (𝐂𝐈𝐏)💙

As part of their Community Involvement Program (CIP), the Grade 12 Our Lady of Charity students conducted a meaningful outreach activity that reflected the values of service, compassion, and community involvement. The activity was held with the goal of fostering social responsibility while creating a positive impact on the partner community.

One of the major highlights of the program was the repainting parts of the community chapel. Working together with enthusiasm and dedication, the students cleaned, prepared, and repainted the chapel to enhance its appearance and create a more welcoming place of worship. Through this beautification project, the students demonstrated teamwork, responsibility, and respect for a sacred space that serves as the heart of the community's spiritual life.

Following the chapel beautification, the students shared meals with the residents. The simple act of dining together became an opportunity to build meaningful connections, engage in heartfelt conversations, and strengthen relationships with the members of the community. This experience reminded everyone that fellowship and kindness can be expressed through sharing even the simplest blessings.

To bring joy to the younger members of the community, the students also organized a variety of fun and interactive games for the children. The activities encouraged active participation while creating a lively and cheerful atmosphere. The smiles and laughter of the children reflected the success of the event and the genuine care shown by the students.

Overall, the Grade 12 Our Lady of Charity Community Involvement Program was a meaningful and enriching experience. Beyond completing service activities, the students developed a deeper appreciation for volunteerism, empathy, and the importance of giving back to the community. The program strengthened their commitment to becoming socially responsible individuals who embody the values of compassion, generosity, and service to others.
