Threats, intimidation, harmful messages, and other forms of online misconduct may have serious consequences, including appropriate school disciplinary action and, when applicable, legal proceedings under relevant laws and regulations.

All vehicles entering the school premises must roll down all windows and windshield before approaching the security checkpoint. This allows clear visual inspection and ensures transparency — no exceptions.

𝟮. 𝗟𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗣𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗴𝗲 & 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝗘𝗻𝘁𝗿𝘆
Vehicle entry is limited and controlled. Only authorized vehicles during designated drop-off/pick-up times and approved hours shall be allowed. No unnecessary or unlimited vehicle movement inside the campus.

𝟯. 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗩𝗲𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗹𝗲𝘀 — 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱
When students are inside the vehicle, parents/guardians shall submit the vehicle for routine inspection upon entry and before exit. This is done respectfully and discreetly, in a manner that respects dignity and avoids causing distress to learners.

𝟰. 𝗩𝗶𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀 & 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗼𝗿𝘀 — 𝗙𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘀 & 𝗗𝗿𝗼𝗽-𝗢𝗳𝗳 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻

◦ 𝙑𝙞𝙨𝙞𝙩𝙤𝙧𝙨 & 𝘾𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙞𝙜𝙣𝙤𝙧𝙨 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙛𝙤𝙤𝙙 𝙨𝙪𝙥𝙥𝙡𝙞𝙚𝙨 𝙤𝙧 𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙙𝙪𝙘𝙩𝙨: Vehicles may enter only at designated times. All food items and packages are subject to routine inspection at the gate.

◦ 𝙎𝙩𝙪𝙙𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙙𝙧𝙤𝙥-𝙤𝙛𝙛: Students stepping out of vehicles shall undergo standard safety inspection (bags, personal items) before proceeding inside — conducted gently, age-appropriately, and without public embarrassment.

📋 𝗖𝗔𝗠𝗣𝗨𝗦 𝗠𝗢𝗩𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧 & 𝗔𝗖𝗖𝗘𝗦𝗦 𝗥𝗨𝗟𝗘𝗦

𝟱. 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 — No Unauthorized Exit
Students enrolled in special programs shall NOT be allowed to go out of the school premises at any time during school hours, except during the official dismissal period or with written permission from the School Head and approved by the Guidance Counselor/Designate. This measure protects learners from unsupervised exposure and maintains a secure learning environment.

𝟲. 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘀’ 𝗙𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗹𝘆 𝗩𝗲𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗹𝗲𝘀 — 𝗟𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗘𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀
Vehicles belonging to teachers’ family members shall be limited in number and frequency of entry. Only authorized vehicles and during approved hours shall be granted access, to maintain orderly campus movement and consistent security standards.

The 𝘿𝙞𝙜𝙤𝙨 𝘾𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝙉𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝙃𝙞𝙜𝙝 𝙎𝙘𝙝𝙤𝙤𝙡 – 𝙇𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙣𝙚𝙧𝙨' 𝙁𝙤𝙧𝙢𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙊𝙛𝙛𝙞𝙘𝙚 (𝘿𝙞𝘾𝙉𝙃𝙎-𝙇𝙁𝙊) reminds all learners, teaching and non-teaching personnel, parents, and visitors to remain 𝙘𝙖𝙡𝙢, 𝙖𝙡𝙚𝙧𝙩, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙥𝙧𝙚𝙥𝙖𝙧𝙚𝙙 in the event of a serious threat or emergency situation within or near the school premises.

Your safety is our priority. In accordance with established emergency preparedness and safety protocols, remember the following:

If there is a safe way to leave the area, evacuate immediately. Leave your belongings behind, warn others if it is safe to do so, and proceed to a secure location.

🚪 𝗛𝗜𝗗𝗘 (𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲)
If evacuation is not possible, move to a secure area. Lock or block the door, stay low and quiet, silence your mobile phone, turn off lights when appropriate, and 𝗱𝗼 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗱𝗼𝗼𝗿 until authorities have declared the area safe.

⚠️ 𝗙𝗜𝗚𝗛𝗧 (𝗗𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗻𝗱) – 𝗢𝗻𝗹𝘆 𝗮𝘀 𝗮 𝗟𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗼𝗿𝘁
Physical defense should only be considered when there is an 𝙞𝙢𝙢𝙚𝙙𝙞𝙖𝙩𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙩 𝙩𝙤 𝙡𝙞𝙛𝙚 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙣𝙤 𝙨𝙖𝙛𝙚 𝙤𝙥𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙩𝙤 𝙚𝙨𝙘𝙖𝙥𝙚 𝙤𝙧 𝙝𝙞𝙙𝙚. The priority is always to protect life and follow the directions of responding authorities.

We wish to formally inform everyone that reports or claims circulating that a student was found carrying a fi***rm within the school premises are NOT TRUE and HAVE NO BASIS.

Following standard security and verification protocols, the school immediately conducted a thorough review and coordination with our safety team, local law‑enforcement units, and concerned offices. No incident, confiscation, or violation related to possession of fi***rms by any learner was recorded or validated.

WE REAFFIRM OUR STRONG AND UNWAVERING COMMITMENT TO ENSURE THE SAFETY, SECURITY, AND WELL‑BEING OF EVERYONE — LEARNERS, TEACHERS, STAFF, AND VISITORS — WITHIN THE SCHOOL PREMISES AND ITS IMMEDIATE VICINITY.

The school strictly enforces DepEd safety policies and national laws prohibiting weapons in school grounds.
