SWANS proudly joined the celebration of the World Social Work Month last March 28, 2026. The celebration became a space for connection, learning, and shared inspiration among future social workers. It reminded us that social work is not simply a career path, but a lifelong commitment.

Our heartfelt gratitude goes to everyone who participated and contributed to making this celebration a success. Your presence and enthusiasm brought the spirit of the month to life. We also extend our sincere appreciation to our Social Work adviser, Ms. Marie Weinchell Bajenting and Sir John Joseph Gallardo, for their unwavering support and guidance, as well as to the officers and members whose dedication made these activities possible.

As the celebration comes to a close, the mission continues. The call to serve, advocate, and create change does not end with the month, it lives on in every future social worker ready to make a difference. ✨
