Sometimes, the most productive thing we can do is pause and take care of ourselves.
The Human Resource Management program successfully conducted the webinar “It’s Okay to Pause: Helping Students Recharge and Refocus” featuring Ms. Ivy Weaver, MAED, RGC.
The activity reminded students of the importance of mental health, self-care, and emotional well-being amidst academic pressures and daily responsibilities. Through meaningful discussions and reflections, participants were encouraged to recognize the value of rest, balance, and resilience.
Thank you to everyone who joined and supported this initiative. May we continue creating spaces where students feel heard, supported, and empowered.
