1. Registrar's Office – Initial evaluation and processing of enrollment requirements. (Please bring your signed clearance.)
2. Cashier's Office – Payment of applicable fees.
3. Blue Desk (Mr. Richard) – Evaluation and verification of SIL requirements.
4. Registrar's Office – Final enrollment confirmation and enrollment validation.
5. Finance Office – Completion of enrollment procedures and issuance of financial clearance.

All concerned students are encouraged to complete the enrollment process within the prescribed schedule to ensure their participation in the Supervised Industry Learning Program.
