📋𝐁𝐄𝐇𝐈𝐍𝐃 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐂𝐇𝐄𝐂𝐊𝐈𝐍𝐆: 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐂𝐎𝐑𝐀 𝐘𝐞𝐚𝐫-𝐄𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐎𝐟𝐟
Beyond the official posts, the strict deadlines, and the clearance lines, there is a story of five people who held the line for accountability at Davao del Sur State College.
For the Academic Year 2025–2026, the Student Commission on Review and Audit (𝙎𝘾𝙊𝙍𝘼) rested entirely on the shoulders of five student commissioners.

From the launch of various school events to the final days of the second semester, these members managed the entire financial ecosystem of the student body. Every single Financial Statement scrutinized, every Liquidation Report cross-referenced, and every student's manual point system for event absences meticulously calculated.

None of this would have been possible without the unwavering direction, patience, and leadership of our adviser, 𝐌𝐬. 𝐂𝐡𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐲 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐮𝐛𝐚𝐭. Thank you for being our compass and guiding us through the rigorous demands of this office.
To our fellow student leaders and the entire DSSC community, thank you for a challenging yet deeply fulfilling year of service. We fought hard to keep the standards high, the processes precise, and the system transparent.
The Maroon chapter officially closes. The files are organized, the ledger is balanced, and the audit is complete.

Clearance Week is here. The Student Commission on Review and Audit (SCORA)reminds all officials that clearance signing will be strictly withheldif your organization has not submitted its Financial Statement (FS) and Liquidation Report (LR).

📢 NOTICE OF NON-COMPLIANCE:
Consider this your final warning. The official list of non-compliant organizations will be publicly posted on Monday.

⚠️ NO EXTENSIONS. Late submissions will NOT be catered to under any circumstances. Settle your accounts today to keep your organization of the list.
