CBEG Holds “𝐀𝐦𝐛𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐚𝐲” Academic Assembly

𝐃𝐚𝐯𝐚𝐨 𝐝𝐞𝐥 𝐒𝐮𝐫 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐞— The 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐆𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 (CBEG) gathered all its students today, 𝐀𝐮𝐠𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝟏𝟖, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, for its Academic Assembly themed “𝐀𝐦𝐛𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐚𝐲”.

“𝐀𝐦𝐛𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐚𝐲” blends “𝐚𝐦𝐛𝐢𝐭” which means (𝐭𝐨 𝐬𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐞) and “𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐚𝐲” (𝐭𝐨 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐭𝐨𝐠𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫)— a reminder of CBEG’S commitment to 𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲, 𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐩𝐮𝐫𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐞.
Held in a single session, from 𝟖:𝟎𝟎 𝐀.𝐌 𝐭𝐨 𝟏𝟐:𝟎𝟎 𝐏.𝐌, the assembly brought together the 𝐟𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭-𝐭𝐨-𝐟𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐭𝐡 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 for morning updates and leadership.

Present to welcome and guide the students were 𝐃𝐫. 𝐙𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐫𝐨 𝐏. 𝐈𝐛𝐚𝐧𝐞𝐳, 𝐄𝐝.𝐃., 𝐃𝐌, Dean of CBEG; 𝐌𝐢𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐞 𝐀. 𝐀𝐥𝐜𝐞𝐛𝐚𝐫, 𝐃𝐁𝐌, Head of Agri-business; 𝐑𝐨𝐲 𝐑. 𝐌𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐚, 𝐌𝐏𝐀, Head of Public Administration; and 𝐀𝐭𝐭𝐲. 𝐋𝐚𝐝𝐲 𝐀𝐧𝐧 𝐋. 𝐓𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧, 𝐂𝐏𝐀, 𝐌𝐁𝐀, Head of Accounting Information System, together with the 𝐂𝐁𝐄𝐆 𝐟𝐚𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐲.

The program began with the introduction of 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐬 who presented the goals of each program. The faculty members of each department were also formally introduced. The assembly likewise introduced the 𝐧𝐞𝐰𝐥𝐲 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐂𝐁𝐄𝐆 𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐬, 𝐝𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐬, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐞𝐬 for this Academic Year. In a symbolic turnover, former Governor 𝐌𝐚𝐛𝐞𝐥 𝐀𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐞 formally turned over her responsibilities to the newly elected officers.

The new 𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐥 presented its constitution and by-laws along with its plans and initiatives for the year. This was followed by the reading of the 𝐂𝐁𝐄𝐆 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐛𝐲-𝐥𝐚𝐰𝐬 and the presentation of 𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐨𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬. The assembly concluded with an 𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐧 𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐮𝐦 where students raised questions and concerns regarding college activities.

Through “𝐀𝐦𝐛𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐚𝐲”, CBEG reaffirmed its commitment to 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐝𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭, 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 in building a stronger college community.

The 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐆𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 (𝐂𝐁𝐄𝐆) recently gathered its committees for a meaningful 𝐌𝐞𝐞𝐭 & 𝐆𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐭, providing an avenue for student leaders to become acquainted with one another, establish connections, and foster a stronger sense of teamwork. 🤝

More than simply an introduction, the gathering served as the beginning of a collaborative journey among the different committees. It created a space where members could exchange ideas, understand their respective roles and responsibilities, and recognize how every committee contributes to the success of the organization and the programs it seeks to provide for the CBEG student community.

A significant part of the gathering was the discussion of the 𝐂𝐁𝐄𝐆 𝐂𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐀𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬. 📅 Through open discussion and collective planning, the student leaders reviewed upcoming initiatives, shared insights, and aligned their plans to ensure that future activities will be purposeful, organized, and responsive to the needs and interests of the students.

This gathering marks another step toward building a more coordinated and united student leadership. With collaboration as its foundation, the CBEG committees are ready to turn ideas into meaningful initiatives, challenges into opportunities, and plans into actions that will create a lasting impact on the college community. ❤️✨

The CBEG LSC officers held their 𝐟𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝐠𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 with their adviser, 𝐒𝐢𝐫 𝐉𝐚𝐧 𝐂𝐡𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐃. 𝐄𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐨, 𝐌𝐁𝐀, together with the different departmental officers and their respective advisers. The gathering brought together the BPA core officers, alongside their adviser, 𝐒𝐢𝐫 𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐨 𝐂. 𝐁𝐚𝐲𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐉𝐫., 𝐋𝐏𝐓., 𝐌𝐏𝐀; the BSAIS core officers; and the BSAB core officers, together with their adviser, 𝐒𝐢𝐫 𝐀𝐥𝐣𝐮𝐧 𝐒. 𝐍𝐢𝐥𝐨, 𝐑. 𝐀𝐠𝐫., 𝐌𝐁𝐀. ✨

During the gathering, the student leaders discussed important matters concerning the organization, including the 𝐂𝐁𝐄𝐆 𝐂𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐀𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬, the 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐧, and the 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐁𝐲-𝐋𝐚𝐰𝐬 (𝐂𝐁𝐋). An 𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐧 𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐮𝐦 was also conducted, giving the officers an opportunity to exchange ideas, share suggestions, and identify ways to improve upcoming programs and activities.

The gathering served as an avenue for the student leaders to 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐢𝐫 𝐜𝐨𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 and establish a common direction for the year ahead. With the guidance of their advisers and the active participation of every officer, meaningful plans are beginning to take shape for the CBEG student community. 🤝✨

With exciting opportunities ahead, the officers are ready to work together in turning ideas into 𝐩𝐮𝐫𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐞𝐟𝐮𝐥 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐬 and 𝐦𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐬 for every student.
