Jolencio R. Alberca Elementary School holds 2nd Quarter PASUNDAYAG on November 14, 2025 at school's sociall hall. The school’s social hall came alive today as learners from Kindergarten to Grade 6 participated in the 2nd Quarter Pasundayag, a program designed to showcase learners’ outputs and performance tasks aligned with the learning competencies of the quarter.

Highlights of the event included Dance Presentations, a Question and Answer segment, and a Gallery Walk, allowing students to demonstrate their creativity, knowledge, and skills. Teachers and parents were present to support and encourage the learners throughout the program.

Gidiskutihan sa maong pagtigum ang nagkadaiyang updates ug kalihukan sa eskwelahan, lakip ang mga programa alang sa pagpalambo sa kahimtang sa mga magtutungha.

Nagpasalamat ang administrasyon sa aktibong partisipasyon sa mga ginikanan ug sa ilang padayon nga pagsuporta sa mga proyekto sa eskwelahan.

JRAES Kicks Off Reading Month, Children’s Month, and Filipino Values Month in Pajama and Jungle Style!

Jolencio R. Alberca Elementary School joyfully kicked off the celebration of Reading Month, Children’s Month, and Filipino Values Month on November 7, 2025, at school's social Hall.

The program began with a welcome address by Ma’am Leoniza B. Millejor, school reading coordinator, who warmly greeted everyone and shared words about the importance of Reading to the learners.

Meanwhile, Jonathan E. Rellon, school principal also shared inspiring message to the learners, parents, and teachers. He also added the relevance of Reading, Rights and joy of every child, and to strengthen Filipino values.

The highlights of the program were the learners and teachers came dressed in their colorful pajamas with creative jungle animal headdresses, Mystery Reader, and the interactive games.

The program concluded with a heartfelt closing remarks from Ma’am Shiellah Mae M. Labrador, school Child Protection Policy Coordinator expressing her gratitude and encouragement to all JRAES participants.

The pajama-and-jungle-themed celebration reminded everyone that learning can be exciting and enjoyable when done with creativity and teamwork.

Jolencio R. Alberca Elementary School successfully launched its ARAL Reading Program on November 7, 2025, held at school's Social Hall.

The ARAL Reading program aims to address the learning gaps to improve reading proficiency of the learners, as stated by Ma'am Leoniza B. Millejor, school reading coordinator, as she discussed the Rationale and Goals of the program.

The ARAL Tutors were also introduced to the learners and parents. Ma'am Grace Pearl M. Selgas and Melodina Gatchalian for grade 1, Ma'am Leoniza B. Millejor and Hadjirrah B. Adam for grades 2-3, and Ma'am Alicia A. Arnado and Sharra May O. Najirul for grades 4-6.

Together, let us make learning fun, meaningful, and accessible for JRAES learners.

Classroom Demonstration, Portfolio Annotation, and Behavioral Event Indicator of Teacher III Applicants in Jolencio R. Alberca ES, Digos Occidental District

Teacher III applicants in the Digos Occidental District recently underwent evaluation through classroom demonstration, portfolio annotation, and behavioral event indicators.
The classroom demonstration showcased their teaching skills, strategies, and ability to manage learners effectively. The portfolio annotation reflected their professional achievements, innovations, and contributions to quality education. Lastly, the behavioral event indicator (BEI) assessed their values, problem-solving, and decision-making through real-life experiences.
These three components ensure a fair and holistic assessment, highlighting not only the competence of teachers but also their dedication and readiness for greater responsibilities as Teacher III.

" Paglinang sa Filipino at Katutubong Wika: Makasaysayan sa Pagkakaisa ng Bansa."
Ipinapakita nga mga mag aaral at mga kaguroan ang pagpapahalaga sa pagdiriwang na ito sa pamamagitan ng pagsuot ng kasuotang Pilipino at paglahok sa mga gawain sa darating pang mga araw ngayong buwan ng Agosto.
