‎On 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟬𝟲, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, Kapatagan National High School conducted a seminar entitled "𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗲𝗲𝗿𝘀: 𝗕𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗰 𝗙𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗣𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝗛𝗲𝗹𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀".

‎The seminar was facilitated by 𝗠𝗮'𝗮𝗺. 𝗗𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮 𝗕𝗮𝗷𝗮, 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗚𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗣𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝗛𝗲𝗹𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗖𝗹𝘂𝗯 𝗖𝗼𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿, who provided the Peer Helpers with essential knowledge and practical skills in effective communication, active listening, empathy, and facilitation.

‎As part of the activity, the participants also engaged in a 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗶𝗺𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 , allowing them to apply the concepts and skills discussed during the seminar. Through this hands-on activity, the Peer Helpers were given an opportunity to practice appropriate communication, active listening, and supportive responses in simulated counseling situations.

‎The seminar served as a meaningful opportunity for our Peer Helpers to enhance their skills and deepen their commitment to promoting the well-being of the school community.
