The Junior Association of Hospitality Management (JAHM) proudly presents the successful conduct of the 𝗙𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗼 𝗕𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 (𝗙𝗕𝗦𝗘) 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 for 𝟯𝗿𝗱 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗖𝗦𝗣 𝗛𝗼𝘀𝗽𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀, a valuable learning experience aimed at preparing future hospitality professionals to deliver world-class service grounded in Filipino values and excellence.

This significant training engagement was conducted under the expert guidance of our distinguished speaker from the Department of Tourism, Lorne Mae Malabarbas, whose extensive knowledge and industry insights inspired students to embrace service as both a profession and a commitment to excellence.

Throughout the session, participants deepened their understanding of 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲, 𝗲𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗰𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿-𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗵𝗼𝘀𝗽𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘆.
