ADVISORY | OFFICE SCHEDULE AND CLAIMING OF DOCUMENTS
The Office of the College Registrar of Davao del Sur State College (DSSC) informs all students, alumni, and clients of the following office arrangements in line with the Collegeโs updated work schedule pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 114:
๐ Office Schedule
The Registrarโs Office will be open for on-site transactions from Monday to Thursday only.
Fridays will be observed under a Work From Home (WFH) arrangement.
๐ Claiming of Documents
Clients with claim stubs scheduled for Friday, March 13, 2026, are advised that the release and claiming of their documents will be rescheduled to Monday, March 16, 2026.
Even during Work From Home days, the Registrarโs Office will remain accessible through official communication platforms to ensure that services continue without interruption.

Davao del Sur State College (DSSC) informs students, employees, and the public that the College has adopted updated work and class arrangements in line with Memorandum Circular No. 114 issued by the Office of the President of the Philippines, which directs government agencies to implement energy conservation measures.
Effective March 9, 2026, the following arrangements are being observed:
- Administrative and Finance offices will report on-site from Monday to Thursday, while Fridays will be observed under a Work From Home (WFH) arrangement.
- Classes from Monday to Thursday will continue to be conducted face-to-face following the approved schedules. However, classes scheduled before 8:00 AM or beyond 5:00 PM may shift to online modality when feasible to support energy conservation efforts.
- Classes scheduled on Fridays and Saturdays, for NSTP, Physical Education, and laboratory courses, will continue to be conducted on-site as scheduled.
- For the Graduate School, Saturday classes may be delivered through online learning modality in accordance with the approved schedule and the guidance of the Graduate School.
- Even during Work From Home days, all personnel are expected to remain accessible and responsive through official communication platforms to ensure that the services of the College continue without interruption.
These arrangements are being implemented to support the national governmentโs call for energy conservation, while ensuring that DSSC continues to provide quality education and responsive public service.

ANNOUNCEMENT
THE ONLINE APPLICATION FOR GRADUATION IS NOW OPEN.
Please follow the steps shown in the attached photo.
You may also watch the attached video for additional guidance.
All applicants are required to apply online and submit their AFG hard copy and other required documents to the Registrarโs Office tomorrow, February 13, 2026, only.
For those who have already submitted their hard copies at the Registrarโs Office and have received an acknowledgment receipt, no further action is needed.
Please note that this system is newly implemented.
As such, submission of hard copies is still required at this time.

The suspension of face-to-face classes and the implementation of blended learning at the Digos Campus, as stated in the memorandum released yesterday, shall remain in effect today, February 6 (Friday).

Pursuant to Presidential Proclamation No. 727, December 24, 2025 is declared a Special Non-Working Holiday, while December 25, 2025 is declared a Regular Holiday in observance of Christmas Day. The same proclamation likewise declares December 30, 2025 (Rizal Day) and January 1, 2026 (New Yearโs Day) as Regular Holidays, and December 31, 2025 as a Special Non-Working Holiday.
Further, pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 111, work in all government offices is suspended on December 29, 2025 (Monday) and January 2, 2026 (Friday) to provide government employees ample opportunity to celebrate New Yearโs Day activities and to facilitate travel to and from different regions of the country.
Regular office operations will be observed on December 26, 2025. Full resumption of regular office operations will be on January 5, 2026 (Monday).

In observance of Memorandum Circular No. 96, s. 2025 issued by the Malacaรฑang Palace, and pursuant to Proclamation No. 60 (s. 1992) and Proclamation No. 326 (s. 2012), work in government offices nationwide shall be suspended on Monday, September 22, 2025 starting at 1:00 p.m. in line with the celebration of the 33rd National Family Week and the observance of โKainang Pamilya Mahalagaโ Day.
Accordingly, the Davao del Sur State College (DSSC) Main Campus and its Extension Campuses in Sta. Cruz, Matanao, and Sulop will suspend classes and office operations starting at 1:00 p.m. on September 22, 2025.
Regular operations will resume on Tuesday, September 23, 2025.
We encourage everyone to meaningfully observe Family Week and spend quality time with their families.
