❤️❤️❤️ **SIDLAK LATIAN HAS INDEED STARTED!**
Under the leadership of **Sir Philip Cesar O. Amoguis, Principal III of Latian Elementary School**, the school continues to strengthen its meaningful engagements with stakeholders and the community.
Anchored on the **SIDLAK LATIAN AGENDA**, the school is carrying forward the **Six-Point Agenda** of its new school principal, which focuses on improving the learning environment and creating conditions that support the achievement of better learning outcomes for every learner.
The impact of this agenda is slowly being felt throughout the entire community of **Barangay Latian**.
As **Term 2** began, the **Barangay Council** installed a CCTV camera near the school to help strengthen the security and safety of the school premises. Moreover, **Barangay Captain Gerald Jade Encallado**, through **Education Committee Chairperson Joel Caaco**, expressed the barangay's commitment to education by including a **₱100,000 budget for 2027** intended for the development of the school, in addition to the annual allocation for the **Barangay Council for the Protection of Children (BCPC)**.
On **September 16, 2026**, the **Kiblawan Municipal Police Station (MPS)** Chief and personnel visited the school to monitor the safety and security of the learners, demonstrating the continued partnership between the school and the local police force.
The following day, **September 17, 2026**, the school received **supplementary reading materials from the United States**, generously donated by **Mariel Cadungog through Dr. Maria Eunice Cagas**. These resources are expected to provide additional support to the school's reading initiatives and help learners further develop their reading skills.
On **September 18, 2026**, alongside the meeting of the school's alumni, representatives from different alumni batches expressed their pledges and commitment to support various school improvement initiatives. Their generosity and willingness to contribute reflect the strong sense of ownership and partnership among the school's alumni.
Adding to the day's meaningful activities, **Jaicon Poultry Farm** generously delivered **145 trays of eggs** intended for the learners, parents, and teachers—a gesture that further exemplifies the community's support for the school.
In the afternoon, the **School Planning Team (SPT)**, together with the **Inspectorate Team**, conducted an inspection of the completed school projects. The team validated the **100% completion** of the identified projects, including **office improvements, school signage, Home Economics (H.E.) improvements, and the beautiful pathway leading from the school gate to the office**.
Indeed, it was a week filled with progress, partnerships, generosity, and meaningful action. Each contribution, whether big or small, brings the school one step closer to creating a better learning environment and achieving better learning outcomes for every learner.
With the continued support of our stakeholders, parents, alumni, community leaders, partner agencies, and the entire Barangay Latian community, we look forward to more meaningful accomplishments and greater milestones in the days ahead.
