REMINDERS | 2ND MONTHLY ASSESSMENT (September 15-16, 2026)

Because of heightened security checks at the campus entrance, you may experience increased traffic and longer wait times. To avoid delays and ensure a smooth and on-time examination, ALL STUDENTS are advised to:

1. Prepare your stamped/marked Assessment Form and have it ready for presentation to the proctor.

2. The Finance Office is OPEN on September 12 (morning only) to accommodate payments.

3. Review your EXAM SCHEDULE and proceed to your assigned exam room before the scheduled time.

4. Bring only a SMALL BAG to facilitate faster and more efficient security checks at the campus entrance.

5. Allow EXTRA TRAVEL TIME by leaving home earlier than usual, planning your route accordingly, and avoiding last-minute arrival.

6. For Elementary & JHS levels, one subject will be taken on Sept. 17, and regular classes will resume as scheduled.

ANNOUNCEMENT

In light of the recent air quality monitoring reports issued by the Department of Environment and Natural Resources - Environmental Management Bureau Region XI (DENR-EMB XI), Digos City and surrounding areas in Davao del Sur are currently experiencing hazy weather conditions attributed to transboundary haze originating from regional vegetation fires in Indonesia.

To protect the health and well-being of all members of the campus community, the School Clinic hereby orders the implementation of the following health precautions, effective immediately:

1. All individuals on campus-especially when outdoors or traversing open corridors —are STRONGLY ENCOURAGED to wear protective face masks (preferably N95, KN95, or well-fitted surgical masks).

2. Individuals with pre-existing respiratory conditions (e.g., asthma, chronic bronchitis, allergic rhinitis), cardiovascular diseases, as well as children, pregnant women, and the elderly, must limit prolonged or strenuous outdoor exposure.

3. High-risk individuals experiencing shortness of breath, continuous coughing, chest tightness, or eye irritation are advised to remain indoors with windows closed or visit the clinic immediately.

4. Everyone is advised to increase daily water intake to help clear throat irritation and maintain respiratory tract hydration.

5. Emergency relief medications and nebulization services are available at the clinic for students with pre-declared asthma profiles.

6. Anyone experiencing distress should report to the clinic immediately.

ANNOUNCEMENT

In response to the Digos City Mayor’s call encouraging everyone to “support and actively participate in the various programs and activities of the 26th Araw ng Digos Celebration,” pursuant to Executive Order No. 45, s. 2026, and in anticipation of the expected heavy traffic on the said date, please be informed that the Basic Education Department hereby declares the suspension of classes on Sept. 8, 2026 (Tuesday).

Please be guided accordingly.

To all our RETURNING STUDENTS who haven't enrolled yet, please complete your enrollment between June 8 to 19, 2026 (Mondays to Thursdays only).

Getting your enrollment done early is a huge help! It gives our team the time we need to finalize section assignments, prep your classrooms, and organize a great orientation ahead of the new school year.
