📢 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗔𝗣𝗣𝗔𝗥𝗘𝗡𝗧 𝗧𝗘𝗠𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗨𝗥𝗘 𝗜𝗦 𝗥𝗜𝗦𝗜𝗡𝗚—𝗟𝗘𝗧’𝗦 𝗥𝗔𝗜𝗦𝗘 𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗔𝗪𝗔𝗥𝗘𝗡𝗘𝗦𝗦, 𝗧𝗢𝗢!

Hot weather can have serious effects on our health, especially during the hottest hours of the day (10:00 AM to 4:00 PM), particularly when participating in outdoor activities.

To stay safe from the heat:
💧 Drink plenty of water—aim for 8–10 glasses a day to stay hydrated.
👕 Wear loose-fitting clothing and avoid tight, thick, or dark-colored clothes, especially black, as they absorb more heat.
☂️ Use an umbrella or seek shade when going outdoors.
🌳 Take regular breaks in shaded or cool areas, especially during prolonged outdoor activities.

A few simple precautions today can help prevent serious heat-related illnesses tomorrow. Let’s make safety a habit, not just a reminder.

This July, we join the nation in observing 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡 (NDRM)—a reminder that resilience begins with awareness, preparedness, and collective action.

Today, we officially kicked off this month’s celebration during our Flag Raising Ceremony! 💙
To make learning more engaging, we wrapped up the program with a few fun and interactive trivia questions—because preparedness is best learned when everyone takes part.

This month, let’s continue to stay informed, be prepared, and work together in building a safer, more school community—because every small step we take today helps create a stronger tomorrow.

Nag-chat lang naman ng:
"𝐆𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐥𝐮𝐜𝐤, 𝐈'𝐦 𝐬𝐨 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐝 𝐨𝐟 𝐲𝐨𝐮."

Aba, thank you sa emotional support, pero may exam pa akong kailangang ipasa. 😭✋

Lesson learned? Hindi lahat ng bumabalik, red flag. Minsan green flag lang... pero hindi na para balikan. Some people return not to restart the story, but to remind you how much you've grown.

Sa lahat ng sasabak sa First Summative Examination of Term 1, good luck! Kung saan man manggaling ang motivation mo—friends, family, sarili mo, o kahit sa unexpected na "good luck"—gamitin mo 'yan as fuel.

Pero tandaan:

Hindi tayo babalik. Aangat lang tayo. 📈

In observance of National Disaster Resilience Month and in support of the National Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED), an earthquake preparedness activity was successfully conducted to strengthen disaster awareness and promote a culture of safety among students, teachers, and school personnel.

Through the proper ex*****on of the “Duck, Cover, and Hold” procedure, the school community continues to enhance its preparedness and resilience. This activity highlights the importance of equipping everyone with the knowledge and skills needed to respond effectively during emergencies.

GOODNESS GRACIOUS! DAY 1 OF BRIGADA ESKWELA IS OFFICIALLY DONE!

With the help of the SDRRM officers, the school brigade was successfully carried out. Not only to maintain safety in the environment but also the cleanliness and orderliness of the school.

Kaya naman, here are some captured moments — where volunteers, student leaders, and stakeholders assembled like one big final boss team with a single mission: to make the school environment safe, clean, and ready for every DNHSian to SHINE. 🌟✨
