is now accepting application for Teacher I Position until January 31, 2025.
Teacher Applicants shall submit a letter of intent addressed to the Schools Division Superintendent, MADELYN L. MACALLING PhD, CESO V
Attention: (School Head) Ma. Elinor S. Castro - Master Teacher I/OIC
Application must be supported by the following documents:
1. CSC Form 212 ( revised 2005 ) in 2 copies with the latest 2x2 ID picture
2. Certified photocopy of PRC professional identification card or or a PRC certification showing the teacher's name, LET rating and other information recorded in the PRC Office
3. Certified photocopy of ratings obtained in the Licensure Examination for Teachers ( LET ) / Professional Board Examination for Teachers ( PBET)
4. Certified copy of Transcript of Records ( with attached certification of GWA, or its computation in excel form)
5. Copies of Service Record / Certificate of employment, performance rating and and school clearance for those with teaching experience
6. Certificates of specialized training, if any
7. Certified copy of Voter's ID and / or any proof of residency as deemed acceptable by the School Screening Committee
8. NBI Clearance
9. Omnibus Certification of authenticity and veracity of all documents submitted, signed by the applicant
All documents must be compiled in a legal sized folder, properly labeled, with table of contents and pagination.
Original copies of the above documents shall be presented to the School Screening Committee to verify and certify as to completeness, veracity, accuracy and authenticity of documents.
Applicants shall submit their pertinent documents in triplicate ( 3 separate folders) to the School Head

||𝐓𝐨𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐬 𝐚 𝐍𝐞𝐰 𝐉𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐲

Magsaysay National High School held a Send-Off and Welcome Program for two school leaders on October 9, 2024 at Magsaysay National High School Mini-gymnasium as part of the One-Time Big Time School Head transition process of SDO-Quirino.

The event was initiated to highlight the transfer of responsibility and leadership of Dr. Noveline C. Tacata, outgoing School Principal II, to Mrs. Magdalena P. Layugan, the new School Principal of MNHS.

As tribute to Dr. Noveline, testimonies of notable accomplishments and parting messages were delivered by teachers. It was swanked that with her short stay, 1 year and 7 months, physical structure, teachers and students' growth and advancement were witnessed not only by the teachers and students but also by the whole school community. Her legacy was a manifestation of leadership with plan and action.

After the send-off ceremony, Mrs. Layugan was formally welcomed with smiling faces by the community through the barangay officials headed by Hon. Adonis D. Magpali, General PTA headed by Mrs. Vilma B. Jacob, and faculty and staff headed by Mrs. Crisaly B. Framil. Ma'am Magda has been a blessing and part of MNHS family since she started her journey as school principal in this school.

Dr. Liwliwa B. Bareng, the newly installed PSDS of Diffun District 02, installed Mrs. Layugan being the incoming principal of the school. She instilled that every end is a new beginning emphasizing that leadership is a continuous process but expect the changes on work stations.

Hon. May G. Calaunan, mayor of the municipality, assured her hundred percent support to Magsaysay National High School whoever will be the school principal.

Another part of the program was the send off for Mr. Roy C. Tacata, JHS Master Teacher I, who is now detailed at Bannawag Integrated School, and Mrs. Michelle B. Ananayo, ADAS II, now detailed at Bikibik Elementary School.

Mrs. Vivian Grace P. Cabida, SHS Teacher II, Ms. Nina Ricci G. Retrita, SHS Teacher I, and Ms. Novelyn B. Dumangeng, ALS-SHS Teacher I, were welcomed in the MNHS family as newly hired teachers to fill in the teacher needs.

The event was ended through a "salo-salo" as a tradition of SOLID MNHS Kapamilya treat for all.

𝓗𝓪𝓹𝓹𝔂 𝓣𝓮𝓪𝓬𝓱𝓮𝓻𝓼' 𝓓𝓪𝔂
As an expression of gratitude and salute to the unparalleled commitment and dedication of teachers, the Supreme Secondary Learner Goverment officers headed by its President Mr. Richard I. Dapiaoen with the assistance of their adviser, Mr. Ryan R. Cabanilla, hosted the school-based World Teacher's Day Celebration at Magsaysay National High School Multi-Purpose Gymnasium on September 27, 2024.

The program aimed to honor teachers who unceasingly nurture learners and act as catalyst in providing quality, liberating and accessible education essential for nation-building.

The occasion was graced by the Municipal Local Government, headed by Municipal Mayor May Garnace-Calaunan and Barangay Local Government , Hon. Adonis D. Magpali. The honorable mayor presented her gift to teachers through cash incentives in which she emphasized that such incentives should be used for their own benefit and not for their classroom related projects or activities. The honorable captain provided heavy snacks for teachers as his token of love and support to the 27 teaching personnel of the school.

The students showcased their gift presentations and token of appreciation to their teachers through songs, dances, and appreciation messages. They also prepared games for teachers to light up their day and seize their moments as they stop for a while on their interminable tasks.

Classroom officers prepared surprised boodle fight for their advisers and subject teachers where a variety of food, drinks and personal gifts were set in their classrooms.

Dr. Noveline C. Tacata, School Principal II, inspired the teachers to continue their passion in molding the learners with knowledge and skills moreso their values which keep them going in their life's journey.

Integrated in the event was the awarding of learners who showed Honesty by returning lost items.

The engagement and participation of learners, parents and stakeholders is a reflection of the World Teacher's Month Celebration's theme "Together4Teachers."

The perennial activity is a manifestation of support to Presidential Proclamation no. 242, series of 2011 and Republic Act no. 10743.
