The Division Memorandum No. 190, s. 2023 reiterates the mandatory use of face mask of learners, teaching/non-teaching personnel and visitors entering the school premises and SDO.
Further, the observance of minimum health protocols like setting of Triage Area for the checking of temperature, handwashing with soap and water at the school and office entrance, social distancing and use of hand sanitizers or 70% isopropyl alcohol must be strictly observed.

The strict adherence to these health standards will prevent the spread of Covid 19 Virus in the school campus and the community.

This is to inform everyone that we are now accepting applications for Teacher I.

Teacher Applicant shall submit to the School Head a written application supported by the following documents:
a. CSC Form 212 ( revised 2005 ) in 2 copies with the latest 2x2 ID picture
b. Certified photocopy of PRC professional identification card or or a PRC certification showing the teacher's name, LET rating and other information recorded in the PRC Office
c. Certified photocopy of ratings obtained in the Licensure Examination for Teachers ( LET ) / Professional Board Examination for Teachers ( PBET)
d. Certified copy of Transcript of Records
e. Copies of Service Record / Certificate of employment, performance rating and and school clearance for those with teaching experience
f. Certificates of specialized training, if any
g. Certified copy of Voter's ID and / or any proof of residency as deemed acceptable by the School Screening Committee
h. NBI Clearance
i. Omnibus Certification of authenticity and veracity of all documents submitted, signed by the applicant
All documents must be compiled in a legal sized folder, properly labeled, with table of contents and pagination.
Original copies of the above documents shall be presented to the School Screening Committee to verify and certify as to completeness, veracity, accuracy and authenticity of documents.
Applicants shall submit their pertinent documents in triplicate ( 3 separate folders) to the School Head's Office.

📢 Bilang paghahanda sa pagbubukas ng SY 2022-2023, ang mga paaralan ay magsasagawa ng "Early Registration". Inaanyayahan ang mga magulang (guardian) ng mga sumusunod na magpalista:

📌Kindergarten: Mga batang limang (5) taong gulang sa o bago mag Oktubre 31, 2022 (DepEd Order No. 47, s. 2016/DepEd Order No. 20, s. 2018)
