For ten years, Espoir School of Life has been shaped by the collective efforts of children, families, educators, volunteers, partners, and supporters who believe that education can be rooted in care, community, and liberation.

As we celebrate this milestone, we warmly invite you to our Open House Activity on June 9, 2026.

Spend the day exploring our learning spaces, meeting members of the community, viewing student exhibits, sharing stories, and witnessing the everyday life that continues to unfold at Espoir. Stay until sunset and join us on the rooftop as we reflect on the journey that brought us here.

Complimentary snacks prepared by our community parents will be served.

Brigada Eskwela begins with the simple act of showing up ✨

As we join the call of the Department of Education, we open our space for collective care, specifically preparing classrooms for learning, as well as dignity and joy.

We’re gathering materials, time, and hands from our community and beyond, such as paint, books, seedlings, and stories! Each offering helps shape a space where children can grow, imagine, and belong.

You can be part of this through donations or by volunteering with us on the ground. Message us on how to further get involved.

The world today needs reimagining ✨

One imagination we aim to bring to life is classrooms that grow with children and spaces where they can try, fail, laugh, and belong.

Our Fund-a-Classroom campaign goes beyond building physical infrastructure or walls, but is about letting communities shape education, and make it more liberating, inclusive, and rooted in care. 💛

The Earth Teaches Too ✊🏽🌱

Learning is not something that only happens inside classrooms. It has always been happening in the land we walk on, the water that sustains us, and the communities that hold knowledge through daily life and experience.

At Espoir School of Life, this is where our work begins. We build and nourish learning spaces that stay close to people, place, and lived realities.

Every booking can become an act of community solidarity 🌿✨

Through our partnership with Kalinaw Resort, monthly donations continue to support Espoir’s feeding program and help provide nourishing meals for around 158 students and sustaining more than 1,200 meals served during the first quarter alone 🍲

At Espoir, we believe that learning is deeply connected to care, nourishment, and community. When children are nourished, they can grow and thrive 🌱

Thank you, Kalinaw Resort, for walking alongside our communities and helping strengthen spaces rooted in care-centered learning and food sovereignty! 🤝

ICYMI: Between March 26 to 31, 2026, Espoir School of Life, in coordination with partner schools, held recognition, moving-up, and graduation ceremonies across its community learning hubs in Sitio Liaonan, Sitio Sugba, Sitio Ilihan, Bagacay, San Jose, Mahayahay, and Corazon.

These gatherings celebrated the academic achievements and milestones of learners, while honoring the shared commitment of families, educators, and communities in making education accessible, inclusive, and transformative. Each ceremony reflected the strength of collective care, where every learner is supported to grow, thrive, and pursue their aspirations.

A total of 72 learners were recognized with honors, and 29 students successfully completed key educational transitions as Grade 6 and Grade 12 graduates, marking important steps forward in their learning journeys.

More than moments of recognition, these ceremonies created space to affirm perseverance, uplift one another, and strengthen community ties. Tokens awarded to graduates and honor students served as symbols of encouragement and belief in their continued pursuit of learning.

Rooted in solidarity and shared purpose, these milestones highlight the power of community in shaping futures and sustaining pathways to education for all.
