"LEADERSHIP IS NOT MEASURED MERELY BY TITLES HELD, BUT BY THE IMPACT CREATED AND THE LIVES TOUCHED THROUGH SERVICE"

The University Student Council of Del Carmen campus successfully conducted the 1st Turnover and Awarding Ceremony, it marked a significant milestone in recognizing leadership, service, and commitment within our student community. The event commenced with an opening program that fostered unity and gratitude, followed by the recognition and awarding of outgoing USC officers and student organizations for their invaluable contributions throughout the academic year.

As we celebrate this remarkable occasion, we extend our heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Joey G. Escauso, Campus Director; Dr. Kier L. Ecle, Director for Instruction; Ms. Jessa Jean D. Pande, SAO Head; and Mr. Aljon C. Judilla, USC Adviser for their unwavering guidance, trust, and support. Your encouragement and belief in student leadership have been instrumental in shaping a stronger, more empowered student community.

We also congratulate the organizers for the success of the event, spearheaded by our outgoing USC President, Hon. Lara Jelin C. Salgado and team. We also commends our Commission on Election officers led by Mr. John Larry Tulisana, COMELEC Chair along with his members.

A meaningful turnover ceremony highlighted the formal transfer of USC documents, responsibilities, reports, organizational materials, and legacy projects to ensure continuity of service and leadership. This symbolic transition reflected the dedication of the outgoing officers and their commitment to empowering the next generation of student leaders. The ceremony also welcomed and introduced the newly elected USC officers, who are now entrusted with the responsibility of leading, serving, and inspiring the student body. As one chapter closes and another begins, we celebrate the achievements of the past while looking forward to new opportunities, initiatives, and successes ahead.

May the outgoing officers carry with them the pride of their accomplishments, and may the newly elected officers embrace their responsibilities with passion and commitment.
