We are iniviting everyone to join the National Learning Camp for Grade 7 to Grade 12 from July 24 to August 25, 2023. The students will be enrolled in one of three camps: enhancement, consolidation or intervention.

The enhancement camp is “designed to enrich learning for advanced learners by providing greater depth, breadth and complexity of learning area competencies.”

1. The consolidation camp, meanwhile, is “designed to provide further practice on and application of previously taught competencies.” Participants will be provided with opportunities to identify links connecting concepts and skills across grade-level competencies.

2.The intervention camp will support students who are yet to grasp foundational Mathematics and English skills. Students will receive targeted interventions to help improve their skills and bridge any gaps in their understanding.

3. The enhancement camp will be conducted for three weeks, while the intervention and consolidation camps will run for five weeks. Three days per week will be allocated for teacher-student engagement, while the remaining two days will be for collaborative sessions among teachers.

Four in One. Federico Yap National High School - Senior High School successfully conducted the Senior High School Summit 2023 with its theme “Engaging Lifelong Learning through Creativity and Ingenuity” on June 13-14, 2023 at FYNHS Gymnasium. The event was divided into four segments.

Day 1 Morning - Career Guidance (UM Digos and SC Padada)
Day 1 Afternoon - 4th Senior High School Research Forum
Day 2 Morning - "SEMINAR WORKSHOP IN YOUTH PARTICIPATION TOWARDS NATION BUILDING".
Day 2 Afternoon - Culmination: Fashiondayag ‘23

Through this activity, Federico Yap National High School Senior High School wraps up the School Year 2022-2023 with their Senior High School Summit 2023. The two-day convergence showcases the learned competencies of SHS students in their different specializations. From a thought-provoking research forum to the glamorous FashionDayag, SHS students were able to present what they’ve got. It was indeed a successful one. See you at SHS Summit 2024!
