📢 RSU ADVISORY For All Graduating Students

The Registrar Services Unit (RSU) announces the schedule for the Application for Graduation and Student Clearance for AY 2025–2026.

Please take note of the following important dates:

📌 APPLICATION FOR GRADUATION (visit your respective
🗓 Start: February 26, 2026
🗓 Deadline: March 13, 2026
📍 Procedure: Graduating students must personally visit their respective departments/program offices to file their Application for Graduation.

📌 STUDENT CLEARANCE
🗓 Start: March 09, 2026
🗓 Deadline: May 22, 2026
📍 Procedure: Graduating students must visit the Registrar Services Unit (RSU) to process their Student Clearance.

🎓 GRADUATION CEREMONY SCHEDULE
📍 June 30, 2026 – Main Campus

⚠️ Please be reminded that graduation credentials will ONLY be released to students who have:
✔️ Filed their Application for Graduation within the deadline
✔️ Completed and submitted the fully signed Student Clearance Form

We encourage all graduating students to comply with the given schedule to avoid delays.

Closure of Dropping and Leave of Absence (LOA) Filing

Attention DDOSC students!

Please be informed that the Enrollment Withdrawal (Dropping) and Filing of Leave of Absence (LOA) for the First Semester, AY 2025–2026 will officially close on October 31, 2025, following the conclusion of the Midterm Period.

After this date, no further requests for dropping or LOA will be accepted. Kindly check official announcements and observe academic deadlines to avoid inconvenience.
