The Training the Trainers Program held from October 16-24, 2024, provided a valuable opportunity for the trainers of Philippine Baking Institute to enhance their skills under the guidance of PUM Netherlands Expert, Mr. Hans Elbers.

During the hands-on workshop, the trainers learned various advanced techniques in bread, pastry, cake, venoisserie and sourdough production, aimed at elevating their expertise and ensuring that they can effectively teach future bakers.

This program not only focused on improving technical skills but also emphasized the importance of transferring knowledge to the next generation of professionals in the baking industry.

On October 15, 2024, HICAPS Marketing Corp successfully conducted a hands-on baking workshop in Davao City. The event was a fantastic learning experience for both aspiring bakers and established business owners.

Chef Tin, from Lutong Tinapay, led the workshop, guiding participants through a variety of delicious recipes, including:
