A focused and productive discussion took place at the table as our 𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐈𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬, 𝐃𝐫. 𝐆𝐲𝐩𝐬𝐲 𝐌𝐚𝐞 𝐁. 𝐂𝐚𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐨,, engaged with the DTI-XI Team regarding the proposed 𝗛𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗹 𝗞𝗶𝘁𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗙𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗮𝘁 𝗝𝗼𝗷𝗶 𝗜𝗹𝗮𝗴𝗮𝗻 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹𝘀 - 𝗜𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗳. This initiative is designed to serve BIMP-EAGA delegates entering Davao City, host food technology and innovation events, and cater to halal-conscious clients.

The facility is envisioned as a dedicated hub for halal-compliant food preparation, training, and certification readiness.
Led by the 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿, 𝗔𝘁𝘁𝘆. 𝗟𝘂𝗰𝗸𝘆 𝗦𝗶𝗲𝗴𝗳𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗠. 𝗕𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗲, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗗𝗧𝗜 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗲𝗳 𝗕𝗗𝗗 𝗠𝗮’𝗮𝗺 𝗟𝗮𝗻𝗶 𝗧. 𝗖𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗻, the meeting marks a key step toward strengthening Davao City’s halal ecosystem and positioning the city as a halal-ready center in the BIMP-EAGA region

Something big and flavorful is in the works! Joji Ilagan International Schools, in collaboration with the Office of Economic Enterprise, led by 𝘼𝙩𝙩𝙮. 𝙉𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙡𝙡𝙚 𝙌. 𝙋𝙖𝙧𝙖𝙜𝙖𝙨 is proposing the 𝐈𝐂𝐡𝐞𝐟 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐫 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 to soon light up the vibrant at Roxas Night Market, Davao City.

It was proposed by, 𝙎𝙪𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙞𝙨𝙤𝙧 𝙞𝙣 𝘾𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝙀𝙭𝙩𝙚𝙣𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙎𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙞𝙘𝙚𝙨, 𝙈𝙧. 𝙍𝙚𝙮𝙡𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙀. 𝘼𝙡𝙛𝙚𝙘𝙝𝙚, 𝙍𝙎𝙒, this initiative aims to empower aspiring culinary talents, showcase homegrown skills, and elevate local food entrepreneurship.
