ABM CLUB IN ACTION
🗓 January 17, 2026 | 📍 Sitio Durian, Bago Gallera, Davao City
🎯 Theme: “1-2-3 ABM Ka Na: Math Support”

The ABM Club successfully conducted its Inauguration Program and Final Community Extension Activity on January 17, 2026, at Sitio Durian, Bago Gallera, Davao City.

With the theme “1-2-3 ABM ka na”, the activity focused on numeracy and literacy, aiming to help participants improve their basic skills in reading, counting, and understanding simple financial concepts. Through easy-to-understand lessons, fun activities, and interactive discussions, the community learned the importance of numbers and reading in daily life, especially in managing money and making wise decisions.

This event marked a meaningful conclusion to the ABM Club’s community extension initiatives, highlighting the club’s dedication to sharing knowledge, serving the community, and making learning accessible and enjoyable for everyone.

📍 Work Immersion Orientation Seminar
🎓 School Year 2025–2026
With the theme “Strengthening Career Pathways: Empowering Learners through Higher Education, Entrepreneurship, Skills Development, and Workforce Readiness,” the Work Immersion Orientation Seminar was successfully conducted to prepare students for their next academic and career journey.
This three-day seminar aimed to equip learners with essential knowledge about work immersion, career options, and real-world expectations. Through meaningful discussions and guidance, students gained clearer insights into higher education opportunities, entrepreneurial paths, skill-building, and readiness for the workforce.
The ABM Club actively supported the activity by participating and encouraging fellow students to engage, learn, and prepare themselves for future challenges. This initiative reflects the Club’s commitment to student development, leadership, and helping learners become more confident and career-ready individuals.

ABM CLUB IN ACTION
🗓 December 5, 2025 | 📍 Toril District Hall, Toril Proper, Davao City
🎄 Event: Pailaw at Toril District Plaza

In celebration of the coming yuletide season known throughout the Philippines as the longest and most joyful Christmas festivity, the ABM Club proudly took part in the Pailaw Activity organized by the Office of the Barangay. This yearly celebration aims to welcome the season with festivity, unity, and the true spirit of community.

As requested by the Barangay, participating groups were invited to help light and decorate a Christmas tree at the Toril District Plaza, contributing to the illumination and beautification of the area. The official switch-on ceremony was held at 5:00 PM, joined by guests and Barangay Officials.

Representing Crossing Bayabas National High School, the ABM Club officers and classroom officers showed their unwavering support by attending the event and carrying the school’s pride with honor. Their participation highlights the Club’s dedication to community involvement, volunteerism, and strengthening ties within the Toril community.

Through our Mini Market Simulation, the kids of Sitio Durian experienced the fun of “selling,” “buying,” and budgeting with play money — learning valuable lessons about smart spending and saving along the way.
It was truly a joyful and meaningful day for everyone, filled with teamwork, compassion, and smiles all around!

The ABM Club once again showed their passion for service and learning through their second community extension!
Through the Mini Market Simulation, the kids of Sitio Durian learned how to “sell,” “buy,” and budget wisely using play money. With warm-up activities, creative market stalls, and fun games, the day was filled with laughter, teamwork, and valuable lessons about financial responsibility.

Kudos to the ABM Club members for another successful and heartwarming event that combined fun, learning, and community service!

This time, the kids of Sitio Durian stepped into the world of business and budgeting through our Mini Market Simulation, where they learned how to “sell,” “buy,” and manage play money wisely. From warm-up activities to creative market challenges and fun games, everyone had an exciting time learning the basics of financial responsibility in a playful way!
