ITE students from the University of the Immaculate Conception, currently undertaking their practicum at CHED RO XI, successfully presented their final output to Regional Director Maricar R. Casquejo.
Their project, titled โCHED ONSE Knowledge Management Information System,โ is designed to serve as a centralized digital repository for CHED RO XI records. The system consolidates key documents such as permits, recognitions, Certificates of Program Compliance (COPCs), enrollment lists, promotional reports, communications, memoranda, CAVs, Special Orders, and other institutional records. It is intended to capture, organize, and manage both explicit and tacit knowledge within the office.
This initiative marks a significant step in advancing the digitization and records management efforts of CHED RO XI, providing an efficient and automated platform for streamlined record storage, retrieval, and access to information.
