Playing again always hits in a strange way.

Even when you say you are done, even when you are frustrated or tired, there is still that small feeling that says “one more time.” It does not matter if it is a game, a sport, or anything you are trying to get better at, something pulls you back in.

Sometimes it is not even about winning. It is about proving to yourself that you can improve, do better, or fix what went wrong last time. Other times, it is just habit. You lose, you pause, and then you are right back at it without thinking.
