Thursday on March 19, 2026, the first-year Bachelor of Physical Education students successfully showcased their talents, passion, and hard work through a meaningful and vibrant Mini Recital.

The event was filled with energy and excitement as each performance reflected dedication, teamwork, and confidence. Every movement and routine presented showed the students’ growth and commitment to learning, proving that physical education is not only about skills but also about expression and perseverance.

This successful event was made possible through the guidance and support of their subject teacher, 𝐌𝐬. 𝐀𝐥𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐚 𝐀𝐫𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐭, whose dedication and encouragement inspired them to give their best in every performance.

Indeed, the BPED 1 Mini Recital 2026 was not just a performance, but a celebration of unity, growth, and achievement. It was a moment that will always be remembered.

𝗗𝗔𝗩𝗔𝗢 𝗖𝗜𝗧𝗬 — Strengthening the bond of inter-institutional collaboration, students from the 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗜𝗺𝗺𝗮𝗰𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝗨𝗜𝗖) 𝗕𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗣𝗵𝘆𝘀𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝗕𝗣𝗘𝗗)program participated in a specialized 𝗦𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽 hosted by 𝗔𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗼 𝗱𝗲 𝗗𝗮𝘃𝗮𝗼 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 (𝗔𝗱𝗗𝗨) on 𝗙𝗲𝗯𝗿𝘂𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝟭𝟯, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲. The event, held at the 𝗕𝗮𝗽𝗮 𝗕𝗲𝗻𝗻𝘆 𝗧𝘂𝗱𝘁𝘂𝗱 𝗔𝘂𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘂𝗺 on the AdDU Jacinto Campus, brought together artists and learners to engage in Mindanao-based cultural development and performance making. The UIC participation was part of an ongoing partnership with the 𝗗𝗮𝘃𝗮𝗼 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗡𝗲𝘁𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 (𝗗𝗔𝗖𝗨𝗡) 𝗖𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝗿𝘁𝘀 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗲 and was officially endorsed by 𝗗𝗿. 𝗟𝗼𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗝𝗲𝗮𝗻 𝗦𝗶𝗺𝗯𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘀, College Dean, and instructor 𝗠𝘀. 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗥𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝗥. 𝗝𝗼𝘀𝗲.

The workshop commenced at 9:00 AM with an introduction by the keynote speaker, 𝗠𝗿. 𝗜𝗮𝗻 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗼𝗻, who outlined the program’s duration and the core concepts of satirical performance. The session was designed to push the boundaries of traditional performance through several key stages, beginning with vocal and facial warm-ups before diving into the 𝟴
𝗕𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗰 𝗘𝗳𝗳𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿, which serve as the foundation for satirical acts. Students were later tasked with "wearing" characters from society, portraying roles ranging from doctors and canteen staff to athletes.

Following a lunch break and a tour of the AdDU campus, Mr. Formacion discussed the essential elements of scriptwriting, leading into an intensive preparation period for a mini-recital. The highlight of the day featured teams of two actors taking the stage to showcase their original works. Out of the various performing groups, the UIC delegatio —composed of 𝗗𝘂𝗮𝗻𝗲 𝗛𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗻, 𝗦𝗵𝗲𝗹𝘄𝗶𝗻 𝗟𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝗦𝗶𝘀𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗼𝘀, 𝗘𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝗗𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗮 𝗠𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗲, 𝗗𝗲𝗻𝗻𝗶𝘀 𝗥𝗵𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗹 𝗔𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗱𝗼, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗘𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗮𝗯𝗲𝘁𝗵 𝗝𝗼𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗼𝗿𝗼—stood out as the guest competing school among participants from Ateneo. Their performance, titled "𝗔𝗻𝗴 𝗗𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘆𝗼 𝘀𝗮 𝗟𝗶𝗸𝗼𝗱 𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗶𝗺𝗯𝗮𝗵𝗮𝗻," captured the attention of both the mentor and the audience, showcasing the delegates' ability to blend social commentary with creative expression.

For the BPED delegates, the workshop was more than just a performance; it served as a lesson in social awareness and personal growth. Mr. Duane Harden, one of the participants, noted that the experience allowed him to see societal realities through the lens of creativity and confidence. He expressed that the workshop successfully boosted the passion and dreams within the BPED community. The program concluded at 6:00 PM, leaving the delegates with a strengthened network of fellow artists and a deeper understanding of embodied practices.

The 𝐁𝐏𝐄𝐃 𝐂𝐥𝐮𝐛 family is beaming with pride as we celebrate the stellar achievement of our very own, 𝐌𝐫. 𝐊𝐢𝐦 𝐉𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧 𝐐𝐮𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐨𝐳𝐚!

Kim—alongside Ms. La'nesha Del Rosario—has dominated the floor at the 𝐃𝐀𝐂𝐔𝐍 (𝐃𝐚𝐯𝐚𝐨 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐍𝐞𝐭𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤) Academic, Cultural, and Sports event. Last February 15, 2026, they proved once again that excellence is a habit by claiming victory in the 𝐋𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧 𝐂𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐨𝐫𝐲.
