RE: GRADUATION PHOTOS/FRAMES DISTRIBUTION

We, the staff of Horizon 2k22 is now excited to announce that Graduation frames of Batch 2021-22 is now ready for release here at our Office. Upon claiming your Photo frames, please present your AISAT ID. Claiming time will start at 10am – 3pm. Claiming Dates will be on July 12, 14, 19, 21, 26 and 28.
For those students who will let authorize other people to claim their frames on their behalf, please present the following:

-Authorization Letter (2 Copies)
- Photocopy of Valid ID of the claimant and the person who authorized the individual with 3 signatures at the bottom. (2 Copies Each)
- Authorization Letters can be passed through our E-Mail in a PDF Format.

Note: Failure to claim your frame/photos on the scheduled date will be moved to July 29, 2022.

February 1, 2020 (Saturday) 10:00am-4:00pm | JC2 & JC2 Class photoshoot with the Advisers

February 7, 2020 (Friday) 1:00pm-5:00pm | Admin & Faculty, Graduating HRS, & IDT

February 14, 2020 (Friday) 10:00am-4:00pm | BS Degree & Associate Degree

Note: All graduating students are required to be in their complete type A uniforms and Glam attire.

Admin and Faculty will be in their Complete Type A uniform
