The SPCT DMST PAF ROTC successfully conducted its 14TH AND 15TH TRAINING WEEK FOR THE SECOND SEMESTER on MARCH 13, 2026, held at Villa Carmelita Inland Resort. The activity focused on WATER SURVIVAL, where cadets learned important water safety skills such as floating, basic swimming, and skip and release techniques used during water emergencies.
The unit extends its sincere appreciation to the WASAR INSTRUCTOR, RICHMOND JOSH GARCIA, for sharing his knowledge and guiding the cadets throughout the activity. The unit also acknowledges the leadership and supervision of our MTI, SGT DIA DANDIE FLORENTINO PAF, for ensuring the smooth and safe conduct of the training.

On March 6, 2026, the SPCT DMST PAF ROTC cadets completed their 12th and 13th training weeks for the second semester with whole-day lectures and drills. The activities helped cadets improve their discipline, teamwork, and leadership skills while preparing them to be responsible future leaders.
We sincerely thank our MTI, Sgt Dia Dandie Florentino PAF, for his guidance, support, and dedication throughout the training.

On February 28, 2026, the cadets of Saint Peterโs College of Toril (SPCT) DMST PAF ROTC, together with the cadets of Davao Central College (DCC) ROTC, conducted their Live Familiarization Firing using the M16 rifle at the 1003rd Infantry Brigade firing range in Malagos, Davao City. During the activity, the cadets were able to apply the basic principles of marksmanship such as proper stance, breathing control, sight alignment, and trigger discipline while strictly following safety protocols inside the firing range.
The training was a great and memorable experience for the cadets as it helped build their confidence, discipline, and sense of responsibility in handling fi****ms. The activity was guided by our MTI, Sgt Dia Dandie V Florentino PAF, whose support and supervision helped make the training safe and successful for everyone.

๐ฉธ Mass Blood Donation Activity
On February 21, 2026, the SPCT DMST PAF ROTC cadets actively participated in a Mass Blood Donation activity held at Saint Peterโs College of Toril. The activity was conducted within the campus as part of our commitment to community service and humanitarian efforts. Through this meaningful initiative, the SPCT ROTC students were given the opportunity to extend help to those in need by donating blood and showing true dedication to service. It was not just a simple activity, but a life-saving act that reflects our core values as future leaders.
We would also like to extend our sincere gratitude and acknowledgment to our supportive MTI, Sgt Dia Dandie Florentino PAF, for his constant guidance, supervision, and encouragement throughout the activity. His leadership continues to motivate us to serve with discipline, compassion, and commitment.
Indeed, our 10th training week became more meaningful and memorable as we shared not only our time and effort, but also something that could help save lives.

On February 18, 2026, ROTC officers from SPCT DMST PAF ROTC actively participated in a tree planting activity alongside NSTP-CWTS students at Brgy. Eden Summer Resort Reservation Area. The activity was guided by Sir Jimmy Jill E. Do-ong, NSTP-CWTS Coordinator, who provided guidance and supervision throughout the event.
The initiative aimed to promote environmental awareness and encourage students to take part in protecting and preserving nature. Through cooperation and shared responsibility, the participants planted trees in designated areas, demonstrating commitment to community service and environmental sustainability.
This activity reflects the dedication of ROTC officers and NSTP students to service, discipline, and environmental stewardship.

On February 13, 2027, the SPCTโROTC cadets took part in a meaningful Water Survival Lecture aimed at strengthening their knowledge, preparedness, and confidence in water-related emergency situations. This important session was conducted by Richmond Josh Garcia , a dedicated Marlins Daliao Responder, who generously shared his expertise and practical insights on water safety and survival.
The activity was further guided and supported by our very own MTI, Sgt Dia Dandie Florentino PAF, whose leadership and commitment ensured a disciplined and engaging learning environment for all cadets.
Through this lecture, the cadets gained valuable awareness on the importance of safety, alertness, and responsibilityโskills that are essential not only in ROTC training but also in real-life situations. This initiative reflects the unitโs continuous commitment to developing well-prepared, service-oriented, and resilient future leaders.

On February 10, 2026, the NSTPโROTC cadets together with the CWTS students of Saint Peterโs College of Toril united with one goal to promote a cleaner, safer, and more welcoming campus for everyone. Through cooperation, responsibility, and genuine care for the environment, the students actively participated in collecting and properly disposing of waste, proving that when people work together, meaningful change can happen.
This activity reflects the commitment of our students to service, discipline, and environmental awareness. Truly, todayโs actions help build a better campus for tomorrow.
