SELG ELECTION GUIDELINES
📅 Date: February 11, 2026 (WEDNESDAY)

📍Voting Precinct Venue: TVFES ICT Room

⏰ Time: Morning Session: 6:30AM – 11:00AM | Afternoon Session: 12:30 PM – 4:00 PM

General Guidelines
✅ Only students scheduled to vote at their designated time will be allowed inside the venue.
✅ SELG candidates are strictly prohibited from roaming near the venue to ensure fairness.
✅ Students must maintain proper behavior and follow the instructions of election officers.
Voting Procedure:
1. Arrival at the Venue:
- Students must arrive according to their assigned schedule.
2. Teachers Assistance.
Teachers will accompany their students especially Grade 2-3 in going to the voting precinct.
3. Lining Up:
- Upon arrival, students must line up outside the voting precinct in alphabetical order and wait for their turn.
4. Entering the Voting Precinct:
- Only students who are about to vote may enter the venue.
- Students are not allowed to eat or bring food/ snacks inside the voting precinct.
5. Voting Process:
- Students must follow the instructions provided by the LG COMEA.
- Talking inside the voting precinct is strictly prohibited, except when asking for assistance from COMEA.
- Voting will be conducted electronically.
* Voting Process is simultaneous, announcement by the electoral board will be made online, so please be guided.
6. Final Steps:
- After casting their votes, students must sign and affix their thumbmark on the designated record.
- Students must exit the voting precinct immediately after completing the process.

The official election of our new Supreme Elementary Learner Government (SELG) officers will happen tomorrow, February 11, 2026, through our electronic voting system. 🗳️✨

All qualified voters, please follow these steps to ensure a smooth and fair election:

1️⃣ Go to your designated electronic voting area (TVFES ICT Room) at your scheduled time.
2️⃣ Present yourself for voter verification by the LG COMEA.
3️⃣ Go to your assigned device and follow the on-screen instructions.
4️⃣ Select the candidates of your choice.
5️⃣ Review your votes carefully.
6️⃣ Click “Submit” to cast your vote officially.
7️⃣ Wait for the confirmation message.
8️⃣ Quietly exit the voting area.
