Last July 12, 2025, the Office of Community Extension Services (CES) conducted Day 1 of the Seminar-Workshop Series on Community Enterprise Development for Sustainable Livelihoods for Local Entrepreneurs.

The topic discussed was "Financial Foundations – Managing Your Enterprise with Basic Accounting Skills," delivered by Sir Kenny Mark Fresco, MBA from ICHEF.

In addition to teaching participants how to manage cash flow, track income and spending, budget, and apply fundamental financial tools to make better decisions and increase business stability, this program made accounting concepts easier to understand.

Together, we empower communities and build sustainable futures. 🌱

Last July 26, 2025, the Office of Community Extension Services (CES) conducted Day 3 of the Seminar-Workshop Series on Community Enterprise Development for Sustainable Livelihoods for Local Entrepreneurs.

The topic discussed was "Financial Foundations – Managing Your Enterprise with Basic Accounting Skills," delivered by Sir John Alfred Banzali from JIB-CBT.

This session simplified accounting concepts and taught participants how to budget, track income and expenses, manage cash flow, and use basic financial tools to make informed decisions and improve business stability.

We had a successful session focused on empowering educators in career counseling and coaching! Liezel S. Lopez, RGC, Corporate Guidance Head, led an insightful course on "Basic Counseling Skills for Teachers" at Stockbridge American International School.

With these new skills, our teachers are now better equipped to guide students toward brighter futures with confidence and care. Together, we are building a community of support, growth, and opportunity!

Our Director for Innovations is meeting with Nestlé Philippines to advance Halal Culinary Programs at JIB Schools!
