OSA ADVISORY
To: All Students
Please be informed that the wearing of the official school uniform is temporarily suspended during the Summer Classes.
During this period, students are advised to wear appropriate civilian attire that is decent, modest, and in accordance with the College's Dress Code Policy. Clothing that is revealing, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate for an academic environment shall not be permitted.
Students are likewise expected to maintain proper grooming and present themselves in a manner befitting the values and image of the institution.
Lastly, students must wear their school ID at all times while on campus.

To: All Graduating Students
Please be informed that the signing of the Application for Graduation (AFG) at the Office of Student Affairs is temporarily suspended tomorrow, May 30, 2026. The signing will resume on Monday, June 1, 2026.

Please be informed that all students are required to wear the prescribed school uniform on Monday, May 25, 2026, during the last day of Final Examination.
Students who fail to wear the proper uniform shall not be allowed to take the examination unless a valid excuse or approved exemption is presented.

Attention: Special & Evening Program Students
Please be advised that the updating of your e-clearance is currently ongoing. In this regard, please be guided by the following information and requirements:
Requirements for First Year Students
1. Notarized Parental Consent (Yellow Form)
2. Random Drug Testing Form (Green Form)
3. Contract of Compliance
Note: Those who have already submitted the above-mentioned forms are advised to wait for their clearance to be processed and cleared.
Requirements for Second, Third, and Fourth Year (Non-Graduating) Students
• No requirements needed.
• Please wait for your clearance to be processed and cleared. There is no need to visit the Office of Student Affairs (OSA).

Please be informed that the Office of Student Affairs will temporarily suspend office transactions on May 13, 2026 (Wednesday), from 8:00 AM to 12:00 NN due to the conduct of the Non-Academic Awarding Ceremony.
Regular office transactions will resume at 1:00 PM on the same day.
