ANNOUNCEMENT

The UM Assessment Center will conduct a re-orientation program for graduating students with pending assessments.

Date: July 2, 2026
Time: 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM
Location: UM Assessment Center Office

Please bring the following items:
- 2 Application Forms - 1 Self-Assessment Guide (appropriate to your qualification)
- 4 Passport-Sized Photos
- 1 Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate
- 1 Copy of SPR
- Original Receipt of ₱35 TESDA Certificate Fee (Payment must be made at the UM Cashier)
- Original Receipt of Review Fee (Applicable only for students who wish to undergo review; payments must also be made at the UM Cashier)

Note: The UMAC Office will no longer process pending assessment applications for graduating students after this date. Please be guided accordingly. Thank you!
