The Obrero Student Council Commission on Elections presents the official qualification requirements for those seeking to run for the Obrero Student Council - Local Council (OSC-LC) positions!

𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗹
The general qualifications of the Local Council officers are as follows:
(1) shall be a resident of the University for at least two (2) semesters;
(2) shall not serve and hold key position/s in any clubs, organizations, and councils;
(3) shall not be a classroom officer or ROTCU officer, or a member of any student publication;
(4) must not have been a candidate for any elective position in the elections preceding their appointment;
(5) shall possess prior experience or demonstrable engagement in duties and responsibilities that are connected to the functions of the position;
(6) shall have undergone Leadership Training;
(7) shall have training and certifications in Parliamentary Rules and Strategic
Planning;

𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗹 𝗛𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀 𝗟𝗲𝗴𝗶𝘀𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀
Qualification of Members:
(1) shall be a resident of the University for at least two (2) semesters;
(2) shall not serve and hold key position/s in any clubs, organizations, and councils, except for the sectoral representatives of the clubs and organizations;
(3) shall not be a classroom officer, except for the representative of the mayoralty sector;
(4) shall not be a ROTCU officer or a member of any student publication;
(5) must have undergone PRP (Parliamentary Rules and Procedures) training and demonstrate intermediate knowledge of parliamentary practices and drafting of bills/resolutions.
(6) shall have no criminal records, offenses, or derogatory record; and
(7) shall have a good moral character.

The University Student Government - Commission on Elections (USG-ComElec) officially publishes 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗡𝗼. 𝟲, 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, establishing the 𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗨𝗦𝗚 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀. Please be guided by the schedule below:
