The Hospitality Management students successfully conducted their Bread and Pastry Activity last February 11, 2026 (Wednesday), as part of their continuous hands-on training and skills development in the culinary field. The activity provided students with the opportunity to enhance their knowledge, techniques, and creativity in bread and pastry preparation.
The session was made more meaningful and insightful through the expertise and guidance of our esteemed resource speaker, Ma’am Dhia P. Cuan, who generously shared her knowledge, industry experiences, and professional techniques with the students.
We are beyond grateful for the valuable learnings and practical experience gained from this activity. Our sincerest appreciation to Ma’am Dhia P. Cuan for her time and dedication in contributing to the growth and development of future hospitality professionals.
Once again, special thanks to Ma’am Cherryl S. Idong and Ma’am Lyka Morales for making this experience possible and for their continuous support in providing opportunities that enhance the students’ academic and professional growth.

The Hospitality Management students successfully conducted their Fruit and Vegetable Carving Activity last February 09, 2026, held at the Mini Hotel of MATS College of Technology. This activity aimed to enhance the students’ creativity, precision, and artistic skills in food presentation—an essential aspect of the hospitality and culinary industry.
The session became even more meaningful and enriching under the expert guidance of Chef Andrew I. Liva, who generously shared his knowledge, techniques, and professional insights with the students. His expertise greatly contributed to the overall learning experience and skill development of the class.
We are truly grateful for the hands-on experience and valuable learnings gained through this activity. It served as an opportunity for the students to apply their knowledge and further develop their confidence in their craft.

We are delighted to announce that our year-end party will be held on December 19 (Friday) at 10 AM.
This year’s theme is Candyland, Winter Wonderland, and Casual Christmas. Attendees may come in fun, cozy, or festive attire.
An exchange gift activity will also be part of the program, and those who wish to participate may prepare a 150-peso and up unisex gift.
