Before proceeding to the Dean's Office for final clearance, you must first obtain an initial signature from:

The governor will be available from 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM at the room 309.

Initial Signature Requirements:
• Proof of Payment during the Intramurals 2025 ( receipt )
Note: The governor has the list of those who have paid their contribution.
