๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐ || On May 30, 2026, the 1105 Community Defense Center (1105CDC), 11th Regional Community Defense Group (11RCDG), RESCOM, PA, successfully conducted the Mustering of Standby Reserve Forces at the Headquarters of 1105CDC, 11RCDG, RESCOM, PA, Davao City.
The activity commenced with a briefing on the current developments of the Reserve Force and the ROTC Program. COL REANDREW P RUBIO INF (GSC) PA presented the unitโs ongoing thrusts, programs, and development initiatives aimed at strengthening the capabilities and readiness of reservists in support of national defense and community development.
Present during the activity was BGEN LEONCIO A CIRUNAY JR AFP (RES), Commander of the 111st Standby Division (Res), PA, whose leadership and guidance reinforced the importance of commitment, discipline, and service among members of the Reserve Force.
The activity concluded with the Signing of Commitment, where participants expressed their unwavering support for the Reserve Force Development Program and reaffirmed their dedication to serving the nation whenever called upon.
This initiative reflects the continuing efforts of the Reserve Force to promote leadership, preparedness, and patriotism while fostering unity and commitment among reservists and ROTC personnel.

๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐ || On May 20, 2026, the 11th Regional Community Defense Group (RCDG), Reserve Command of the Philippine Army officially started the ROTC Summer Camp Training (RSCT) 2026 at its headquarters in Mintal, Tugbok, Davao City.
The โBAGWIS Class of 2028โ from the City College of Davao ROTC Unit proudly sent selected cadets and cadettes to join the RSCT CL-01-2026 Reception Rites. Other ROTC units under 11RCDG, including 1101CDC, 1102CDC, 1103CDC, 1104CDC, and 1105CDC, also participated in the activity.
After months of preparation and training, the cadets and cadettes are now ready to show their discipline, dedication, and teamwork during the camp. Before joining, all participants completed the needed requirements such as medical clearance and parental consent to ensure they are ready for training.
The ROTC Summer Camp Training aims to improve the cadetsโ leadership, discipline, military knowledge, and teamwork as future reservists and young leaders of the country.

๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐ II | 02 May 2026 โ The City College of Davao ROTC Cadet Officers and Cadets underwent Familiarization Firing at Prk. 5, Tacunan, Davao City.
The 1105CDC, 11RCDG, RESCOM, PA under the leadership of COL REANDREW P RUBIO INF (GSC) PA in coordination with the City College of Davao conducted Familiarization Firing for M16 attended by 79 ROTC Cadets of the City College of Davao ROTC Unit at Tacunan Firing Range, Brgy. Tacunan, Tugbok District, Davao City.
The activity was supervised by the training staff and Mr. Reymonlea E. Salvaloza, NSTP Coordinator. The familiarization firing for the ROTC Cadets is part of the guidance of Higher Headquarters to further develop the marksmanship and warfighting skills of the Cadets as future members of the Reserve Force.

The Commandant provided guidance and administered important information to the ROTC Officers in preparation for upcoming activities. The session served as a platform to reinforce leadership, discipline, and organizational readiness within the unit.
Present during the activity were the 2CL and 3CL ROTC Officers, the NSTP Coordinator Mr. Reymonlea Salvaloza, and the Chief Clerk, TSg Marcial B Pahayahay (Inf) PA.
