Stepping inside the Operating Room through our RLE affiliation has been a truly transformative milestone for us BSN Level 3 students of Kidapawan Doctors College Inc. (KDCI)! ๐Ÿฉบโœจ Experiencing firsthand the fast-paced, high-stakes environment of various affiliated hospitals allowed us to bridge the gap between classroom theories and real-world surgical nursing. From mastering strict sterile techniques to understanding the seamless collaboration between surgeons, anesthesiologists, and OR nurses, this exposure profoundly shaped our clinical competence, discipline, and presence of mind.
