LOOK | The Launching of GAD 2024: A Step Towards Equality. ♀️♂️ πŸ³β€πŸŒˆ

On October 25, 2024, our school proudly unveiled the Gender and Development (GAD) Program with a meaningful and empowering ceremony. That emphasizes the importance of fostering inclusivity, respect, and equality in our school and beyond. Through inspiring speeches, meaningful messages, and the presentation of passionate our leaders.

We began with inspiring hymns and songs, celebrating unity and pride through our Alma Mater and the Davao Region Hymn.

A heartfelt prayer led by Roselle Kim V. Alima reminded us of the shared purpose of the event, followed by a captivating audio-visual presentation that set the tone for the day.

Mr. Silveno C. Villame Jr., our dedicated GAD Coordinator, formally introduced the GAD Club, followed by an impactful message on *Gender Equality* by our esteemed School Guidance Counselor, Mrs. Alma B. Poncardas.

With great pride, we presented our GAD Club Officers, symbolizing leadership committed to inclusivity and progress.

Words of encouragement from Sir Gerry S. Gucharo, GAS Strand Coordinator, inspired everyone to be agents of change, while John Roy J. Maranguit, The GAD Club President, engaged the audience with enlightening trivia and a stirring address to the students.

The event concluded with key announcements and a reaffirmation of GAD's mantra: Gender Equality Towards a Better Society.

Together, let’s champion the values of equality and development. This is just the beginning! ⭐
