Today, we remember and honor 𝐑𝐞𝐧𝐞 𝐂𝐥𝐞𝐫𝐭 𝐁𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐛𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐚—a beloved member of the AMSAI family, an AMSAI Lions varsity athlete, and a young man whose dedication, determination, and spirit left a lasting mark on our school community.

During his years at AMSAI, Rene spent countless hours on the basketball court, tirelessly practicing the fundamentals of the game. Through every drill, every training session, and every challenge, he developed not only his athletic skills but also the values of discipline, teamwork, perseverance, and sportsmanship. His commitment on and off the court earned the admiration and respect of his Coach Ruel, teammates, teachers, and friends.

More than an athlete, Rene was our 𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐤—a cherished part of our humble school family. We watched him grow, dream, strive, and prepare himself for greater opportunities ahead. Though his journey led him beyond the halls of AMSAI, the memories he created here and the lives he touched remain deeply engraved in our hearts.
